What do you like best about tawk.to?

Competing with Freshchat and zendesk (zopim previously), Tawk.to is providing almost typically the same feature set they provide.

What do you like best about tawk.to?

Tawk is amazing, it is the best free live chat solution for any business. I have been using it for over 6 months now, and I couldn't be happier. It is packed with features and integrates with many big eccomerce apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tawk.to?

The only thing I dislike is the emails. I only have one live chat agent and myself that replies to requests; whenever we miss a request, I recieve two emails, it isn't the end of the world but it's a pain. Going through the settings, you can't change it either. The customer service team is also okay; it's definitely not the best. All the things they say are just copy and pasted from a script they have. What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tawk is offering a free live chat service to smaller businesses like ours, it is free, has unlimited seats, and no features are locked behind paywalls. It is an excellent tool to manage the flow of attention since as we interact with our clients, in a web application or mobile phone, we can record information about the pages they visit, what they search for within our platform, and the responses we make to each one of the clients. The price of services for high volumes of transactions or intensive use may not be so low, compared to other competitors, however it is an extremely stable platform, with more than 9 years in the market and they have remained among the ones that offer the most a return on investment. Tawk.to is the best live chat solution for every business website. It has many powerful features. For example, the knowledgebase is integrated within LiveChat, Canned quick replies, has many customisation options, and alerts when the agent is already serving the customer. What do you like best about tawk.to?

I appreciate the insights provided (how long people are on our page, where the traffic is coming from, how many visits, etc.), and the ability to view what the user is actively typing in chat requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tawk.to?

Can experience some glitches with chats going missed stating that all users are offline while you are in fact online, but this occurs seldom. Sometimes there is a delay with these notices being sent to your inbox as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about tawk.to?

Tawk.to has lots, and I mean lots, of amazing features, most of which are free. For companies with multiple chat agents, you can transfer chats to other agents, which is a feature I like. You can also see the page of your website that the user is on so you can look at the same page while engaging with them. There are a lot of automated options too. What do you dislike about tawk.to?

It was hard to adopt the chat platform with my colleague because he thought that it was overwhelming at first. It took a while to get a hang of, but they offer great support and tutorials in addition to their knowledge base. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?

This can help our company look bigger than we are by creating aliases. It allows us another avenue to talk to customers and win their business. What do you like best about tawk.to?

Tawk.to is very good software itself, the ability to have a live chat and help center all in one site is very appealing and the knowledge center function is very easy to use. I especially love the ability to create tickets or have users create tickets themselves. It really streamlines our help center process. The ability to interact with users that are currently on the site is nice to have as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tawk.to?

The ability to use custom domains for $18 a month is a pretty steep price just for the ability to remove branding from a knowledge center. I believe $5 or maybe even $8.99 a month to link a domain should be a thing. I wish the live chat would tell us if they are using a VPN or Proxy, that would be a useful feature to have. What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?

I haven't faced any issues, the UI is a little confusing for first-time users but it is really quick to learn. Tawk.to has increased our productivity and performance by allowing us to limit the number of emails we get from users and being able to help them in real-time without a phone call. What do you like best about tawk.to?
