The only thing I dislike is the emails. I only have one live chat agent and myself that replies to requests; whenever we miss a request, I recieve two emails, it isn't the end of the world but it's a pain. Going through the settings, you can't change it either. The customer service team is also okay; it's definitely not the best. All the things they say are just copy and pasted from a script they have. The ability to use custom domains for $18 a month is a pretty steep price just for the ability to remove branding from a knowledge center. I believe $5 or maybe even $8.99 a month to link a domain should be a thing. I wish the live chat would tell us if they are using a VPN or Proxy, that would be a useful feature to have.
