I love that Tatango is a very user-friendly platform. Many functionalities are available to support segmentation, conduct A/B tests, and various other tools that are needed in order to create a robust texting program. I honestly cannot think of many things that I dislike about Tatango. The only recommendation I would make, or something that would make my team's life a bit easier, would be adding some sort of Tatango subscriber ID. Having a Tatango-specific subscriber ID would be helpful when comparing reports or discussing the particular experiences of subscribers without disclosing personal information about the subscriber. The Tatango team has been incredible to work with. They have been very supportive through the entire process - from initial onboarding, to compliance, and even working with us to improve our campaigns. The platform is easy to use and relatively intuitive. Any time we have questions or issues we use the chat feature and one of the team gets in touch very quickly. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Tatango's customer service. They were incredibly helpful and friendly from the get-go, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. What stood out the most was their genuine commitment to making sure I was happy with the outcome. They kept me updated every step of the way, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Tatango has an easy to use interface, and it's quick to onboard new users. Additoinally, it has good reporting capabilities. The support team has always been highly responsive and quick to reach out proactively when there are platform-wide tech issues (which is rare). Best of all, the flat cost-per-message pricing structure makes it ideal for a growing program - we are able to maintain high ROI as we scale up, whereas other vendors we scoped had high overage costs if you exceeded your monthly message limit. The only downside I can think of is it seems like deliverability could be stronger/Tatango could have better reporting and support on deliverability concerns. But I realize SMS deliverability is a fast-evolving landscape and there's not a lot of insight into what the carriers treat as spam. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find the platform to be extremely user-friendly. The dashboard is clear and displays where you can find messages, lists, reports, billing, usage, and subscribers.
They also support features like individual link-tracking, which not all other broadcast texting platforms have.

While I love Tatango, I think certain things like the responses to messages can be improved. I've already brought this up before, but I'd like to see the exclusion of automated replies to contacts who reply to our texts.
I think having an autoreply response to every respondent message can come off too spam-like and I want to minimize that in a time when people get too many political texts to begin with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I absolutley loved that tatango gets my messages out fast and to a mass number of people. I work for an organziation that has a large number of high school student workers. Using Tatango to get information out was a game changer for my group. Most students do not check their emails however they did check their text messages when we used this service. The only downside of this service is that we do not get notified if people reply to the message in real time. I have to remember to check the website to see if anyone replied.
