"Tatango is an effective tool for texting and will continue to improve."

What do you like best about Tatango?

Siple layout.

Easy to navigate.

Quick responses from the support team.

Quick fixes when a problem arises.

Never any massive sending errors.

Easy to copy and paste text copy from word file.

Importing and updating large lists is easy.

Easy to export data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tatango?

The interface while setting up a text's copy can be buggy.

Specific segment creation can be tedious, namely because it only allows for "all / any" options.

Difficult to work around image, video, and gif size limits.

Changing specific donor / recipient info is difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tatango solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tatango lets us communicate with people who want to participate in giving more frequently than they receive mail, but who also don't sit down to check emails all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
