What do you like best about TaskRay?

Before Taskray, new client orders would occasionally get dropped, and other types of projects would go weeks without meaningful progress updates. The visibility and real-time status updates we gained have enabled my team to keep up with our volume, and no orders have been dropped since we got onto the tool. Further, we don't a have a dedicated Salesforce Admin nor outside IT company to manage this for us, and we've been able to self-manage Taskray with Salesforce seamlessly. Jaclyn and Caitlin from Customer Success have been attentive and helpful in helping us get our inquiries solved quickly, as well as being a listening ear for feature requests. What do you dislike about TaskRay?

Not much to say here, we've really enjoyed the tool. I can't recall the pricing, but looking back it's a no brainer, even for a <20 FTE organization like us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TaskRay solving and how is that benefiting you?

Project management is the main usage, specifically for new client orders as well as cancellations. We also have started using for multi-phased internal strategic initiatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
