Talview offered QR code where candidates can take up the assessments on their mobile phones. This feature has helped our recruitment team a lot as they do not have to do pen and paper assessments any longer. This has saved a lot of time for us.

The support from the team has been goodas this is the first time that I have used a platform like this for volume pre-screening. I like that we were able to configure data based on business needs. Validating data/benchmark and weight of certain competencies has maybe been the most challenging aspect of this experience. This is moreso due to hiring managers on our business side not completing interview guides.

Another concern is confirming that there are in fact no biases towards candidates that do complete Talview assessments. There should be a 1-pager (flyer style) that can be shared with the business that clearly summarizes what Talview is all about, the benefits, etc. I have a lot of hiring managers that would like to have this with them so that can speak to Talview if they meet with candidates prior to them meeting with the TA team. Talview has helped HCLTech in driving the bulk weekend drives. Bulk Scheduling feature helps us to do 100's of scheduling in a quick time and reducing recruiters time significantly. Due to this we are able to qucikly complete the interview in the weekend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The 360-degree check is done through a webcam. This should be done using a mobile phone camera.

If a student is 'terminated' by a proctor, he cannot resume the exam. The admin team should have the right to restore such cases with due audit tracking.

Talview has helped HCLTech in improving TAT from selection to offer. Its ability to integrate with various tool like MS Teams has proven to be quite helpful for large organisiations such as ours. Bulk Scheduling & Face Authentication features are the top hits that this tool has provided us.
