I really enjoy using Talkwalker because it is incredibly customizable and I can also use it for social monitoring purposes and extract data to create reports, it is much more accurate than other tools that I have used especially to calculate social sentiment, so I can create personalized reports directly in the platform or reports by email. This tool is not the most intuitive or easy to use, but with proper training I will quickly learn how to use it. Data mining and feelings labeling is very poor.
