Systrack gives me the necessary insight I need to hold our vendors accountable to providing a quality user experience for our large Virtual Desktop user base. It provides the data in an easy to use format to understand the health of our desktops. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The farther back in time you need to analyze the Systrack data you lose some vital information because of the way the data is "compressed". I understand why this is but it makes it difficult to analyze trends over time with confidence in the historical data beyond a 30 day window. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
10k worth of data points makes it very useful in tracking performance and root cause troubleshooting along with survey options and custom sensors makes it an essential tool for our enterprise Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Cloud instance does now allow us to upload datasets that would help us customize our dashboards with more Active Directory or HR department data would really like the ability to do this. The wealth of data it provides via its visualisers and the ability to create custom dashboard views - essential when each organisation has different requirements. With SysTrack, you are able to view high level trend information by groups of systems/users or dig deep using 'Resolve', which allows detailed investigations to be carried out on a system for something that happened some time in the past. Systrack allows us to provide real time analysis even after an incident has been resolved. It helps us maintain optimal performance in the enterprise based on real data combined with user surveys, incident history, etc. It's also very scale-able from small business to large complex enterprises such as the one we support with more than 150,000 assets around the globe. The service and support is unbeatable and they have a very knowledgeable support staff to help with simple new requests to diagnosing complex issues.
