The best thing I like about SysTrack Digital Experience Monitoring is the ability to create dashboards to monitor all our Virtualization infra and to gather details about the user's VM in real time to troubleshoot and resolve the issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The console of SysTrack is very slow. Sometimes it takes minutes to simply open resolve and assist console just to check the applications and software packages in a User's machine. Even their support is not upto mark. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All you think it can made, is made. Dashboards, lot of modules for resolve, AppVision, Assit Resolve, Prevent. You can apply scripts to many devices at same time. all process could be automated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
IOS not enough support, not Systrack side fault, it is apple fault. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SysTrack is best for gathering and analyzing data on everything for business productivity. It introduces digital experience cloud, good help desk experience. Its used by many companies to reduce cost and optimize operations. Using customized dashboard is best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you have large data and lots of custom configurations and views, it gets little difficult. There are not much dislikes for SysTrack as it helps reduce cost and time and provides great experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ability to capture real time data and then act upon it. Really powerful tool at L1 when looking at a single device and issues it is having. We are about to roll the tool out to 400 L1 agents. Also, very useful at L3 - using the Resolve tool engineers can utilise the black box funciton to really drill into the detail. We have also built dashboard for our IT directors which provides a 10,000ft view of the entire Windows 10 estate (125k devices across 850 sites, with 60k peeople working remotely). I also really like the dashboard builder tool, i am not a SQL developer and in the last few months i have quickly built the caability to build semi complex dashboard for stakeholders using the dashboard build tool. SysTrack is able to provide lots of data and insight that other tools are unable to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
witnessed flaky agents on endpoints, i.e JET databases corrupting and losing all track of the device but i believe a lot of this is fixed in v9 of the software. If you are a big organisation with lots of custom configurations and views, things can get a little crazy with out you realising. For example we've had massive processing backlogs of data, without any flags appearing. We've also had issues with granting people access - SysTrack was not correctly doing the LDAP look up in AD to see that a user now has permissions to access. The only way to correct this issue was to restart the core services on the master server, which can take a good couple of hours. I am assured that much of these have been fixed in the laytest version of the software, as we are still using version 8.4 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Systrack is exceptional at being at the right place at the right time. We use Systrack to monitor performance and health of our most critical workstations. By doing so we can quickly identify changes or problems sometimes before the end user knows there is a problem. If an end user complains of an issue, we can use Systrack to go back in time and see what the workstation was doing at the time of the incident. We can then narrow down to the problem pretty quickly and most of the time the end user does not have to be interrupted in order for our team to have visibility into how their workstation is performing.
We also use Systrack in providing Baseline and Post Change analytics for testing new applications and hardware. This allows for confidence in deploying quality products that will not cause major problems for the end users.
This is only a few of the great tools that Systrack provides to measure and take action for a better Digital Experience.
The support that Lakeside provides is always top notch. All of our questions and concerns are addressed in a very timely manner. They will not make you wait forever to assign someone to your case and begin working on it with your team. You don't have to exchange emails and support calls in order to get someone live who will actually work with you and your team.
Systrack is also so easily scalable. We run an on prem Systrack Environment. If your looking for a hosted infrastructure look into that. You can go from 1 workstation to 100k lightning fast.
SysTrack Digital Experience Monitoring is not only used to troubleshoot problems but it also can save a ton of money for your company by identifying unused software and underutilized equipment. Allow you to free up those IT dollars for something more useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are no downsides to using Systrack. It is an incredible tool that will save time and money. Systrack does not eliminate the need of technicians, but it will cut down on the time needed to identify and address problems in your environments. Systrack is literally the missing piece of the IT Support puzzle.
I have been the SysTrack Digital Experience Monitoring administrator here for 6 years. Every upgrade provides more ingenuity and capabilities.
I have compared Lakeside software to other tools and they are all costly. In my opinion I would recommend deploying Systrack fully and leverage all of its capabilities to not only identify problems and self heal, but also find those dollars that are not being utilized appropriately. Use it to right size your Virtual environments as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Systrack gives a very detailed and complete view into each individual system, groups of systems, all the way up to the entire environment as a whole. It's very flexible and the dashboarding capabilities really allow for a pinpointed customizable experience. Without any SQL knowledge it is very useful however to unlock the true power, with just a little SQL knowledge it can show everything you would ever want to know about the systems and things you didn't even know you wanted to know. Due to the amount of data that is collected it is sometimes overwhelming to know how and where to start looking. Using customized dashboards with descriptive titles can help along with time and practice. The more you use it the more you get out of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The data and insights Systrack provides has changed the way we support our end users and significantly improved the customer experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The GUI could be improved, although it doesn't affect usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The web interface is very simple and intuitive. Monitoring resource consumption is a big focus for us and the insight we now have is a game changer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think it's too early to say. There is still some site-specific customization we have to complete before we're all-in Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

we can quickly identify immediate and glaring problems that users commonly complain about, and validate that they've made corrective actions to remediate.
A single plane of glass for all levels of the org to review heath, common issues, reactive options, and trending for system and user experience.
With a number of leadership members who want to know the 'ten-thousand foot view' of the org, this provides a great graphical diagram of colors, charts, click-throughs so they can see the state of the enterprise from an IT/System perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I honestly don't have anything that i would state is a dislike.
The tool works great. The online courses are perfect to get all levels of technicians started in using and understanding the interface.
The ONLY gap you may have is if your techs are not SQL scripting knowledgeable, creating dashboards will be a bit of a challenge. Time and practice is all that's needed, but the initial attempt can be overwhelming due to the sheer amount of data and options you have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The solution is really easy to implement and maintain, the integration part is light way and the amount fo visibility I got is really valuable for our use cases, before we use to spend a lot of time troubleshooting and collecting the information from multiples places, now is centralize with a single panel glass. Nothing at this point, the solution has been delivering all the valuable information we were lacking before, so for now we still fine, the integration part took a little while but was more base on our own security requirements and constraints we have as a company.
