I find the reliability of data in Synergy questionable, which affects my confidence in using it. Custom reporting doesn't always give me what I need, leading to inconsistent results. It's frustrating to extract data from Synergy. We haven't been able to generate reliable management reports because it takes too much time to review them, despite having a consultant to help. The onboarding training wasn't sufficient; even after nine months, we still struggle to set up an efficient / best practice process. There's a need for better support for invoicing templates, project templates, and the reporting and dashboard features. Initial setup was tough due to the large amount of data and setup required across multiple databases - as well as learning a new platform and the overwhelm of new learnings.
