The Microsoft Project and portfolio management software has a very clean and structured user interface, which makes planning timelines easy, we can also manage dependencies and also track the progress. The integration with MS 365 tools like teams, excel, power bi and sharepoint works very smoothly and also reduce duplicate work. I would say that the performance of it is very reliable even if the project is large or portfolio has multiple projects and programs inside it. The support experience and onboarding can feel slow and complex, especially for new users without proper project management tool exposure. Some features has to be learned and guidance is necessary and documentation is also required. Everything you enter has to be just so so, it is very picky and quirky. Finding out just exactly how or what needs to be done is not very intuative either.
