Syndigo PIM has a comprehensive set of functions designed for effective management of product information across the organization, facilitating workflows and providing tools for collaborative work in real time with validation. It enables the unification of data standards across different systems, and ensure that high quality data is consistently delivered across digital selling channels. The platform has image and video SEO attributes as well as compliance reviews among other content enhancement features, which fill in product detail thus bettering the visibility and engagement with the prospective customers. Further, the integration features make linking with other business systems straightforward hence able to provide an efficient and flexible PIM solution to any organisation. The first integration was the most challenging since this system represented a paradigm shift. However, we’ve now developed a broad ecosystem of integrations quickly and easily, allowing us to synchronize attribute information, images, technical sheets, and multimedia across digital channels. What I like least is the user interface UI, as it can be somewhat confusing for first-time users. The interface contains many buttons and features that aren’t used today in our company, which causes confusion and creates a navigation experience that isn’t ideal for those seeking ease and speed. I like the customer service support. It is really good and the team always responds promptly to my questions. I like that the platform is easy to use. It's pretty user friendly and easy to learn, even when they roll out new updates. Syndigo products are very user friendly. The user interface is easy on the eyes and not overly complicated! As someone who works with multiple data pools for various foodservice manufactures, we highly recommend Syndigo to our clients! If we ever have any issues, your process for opening a support ticket is very efficient and your team gets back to us right away, diligently working to resolve any issues! Whenever we provide input about additional services, Syndigo is usually already working on that new feature, which is great. They are continually adding services and solutions to improve their platform. We have suggested that it would be nice for Syndigo to provide a data loading team that could assist struggling suppliers with limited resources the ability to load product GDSN data for their products when they do not have the ability or know how to do it themselves. Also, it would be nice to see a slightly quicker option for adding nutritional data into product pages by uploading a NFP or through another automated option. We decided to partner with the Syndigo platform primarily for their marketplace network and grocery panel retail coverage, and the experience has been outstanding from the get-go.
The implementation process was smooth and painless. The Syndigo team provided excellent support and guidance, ensuring that our onboarding was seamless. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to address any concerns we had. This made the system set-up stress-free and efficient to get our content flowing into key grocery retailers immediately. The Grocery panel integration with their grocery retail network has been invaluable, streamlining our processes and enhancing our reach within the industry.
As it pertains to Syndigo’s platform, their system is robust and versatile, perfectly catering to our needs within the online grocery sector. The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for our team to navigate and utilize the various features effectively. The data accuracy and real-time updates are impressive, ensuring that we always have the most current information at our fingertips.
The support team at Syndigo deserves special mention. They are prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. Whether it's troubleshooting an issue or providing additional training, they have consistently gone above and beyond to assist us.
Overall, Syndigo has significantly improved our operational efficiency and digital go to market strategy. It's difficult to call out any downsides with Syndigo because the setup and management with Syndigo has been second-to-none. Keeco started using Syndigo in a robust capacity ~2 years ago, and it has been a game changer in our approach to content and our syndication capabilities. Syndigo's ability to store our 5K+ SKUs in an efficient way, as well as the robust reporting that is available allows us to continuously audit and track our internal content, and content that is being published to retail partners. With these capabilities we have been able to upgrade our content across retailers so we have cohesive best in class content published for all of our SKUs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Syndigo is continuously offering upgrades to its syndication capabilities, but we look forward to them adding more retailers to their direct syndication list to make new content uploads even more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The application uses state of the art technology and performs well. Also they listen to your requests as users of the system and make sure to embed this then into their solution. For us the MACH approach of Syndigo was the best fit in our landscape. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After years in this industry and utilizing multiple imaging and syndication platforms (Gladson before Syndigo aquired it) IX-One, One World Sync, and more, Syndigo has made imagery and content syndication way less painful and frustrating than in the past. The support team feels like an extension of the marketing team, titles and bullets are easy to update and the enhanced content has helped our product pages at key retailers to help educate consumers about our product differentiation. The intake process is easier than other platforms and they do a way better job of photographing and correcting photos vs competition. We've also been able to add branded content to the platform, syndicating branded content to multiple retailers and creating a more cohesive omni-channel experience, no matter where consumers interact with the brand. There's not a lot of downsides to Syndigo that I can think of other than I wish ALL retailers used syndigo. Occasionally when retailers have updates, we may have to relink an API, but that's not a huge deal. Some times we do have syncing issues, particularly at Walmart, but the Syndigo customer service team is always helpful in helping us get to the bottom of the issue.
