There are so many things to love about Akeneo PIM! A few of my favorite features are "Bulk Edit" where you can define which products you want to target and then update them all at once. Or the "Rules" where you can set up automatic rules to enrich products based on almost limitless parameters and then do a lot of different kinds of enrichment to said products. Being able to set up roles and responsibilities for different kinds of users is very helpful. Tailored imports are also very helpful! Being able to set up imports with our ERP systems through scheduled tailored imports helps us to keep up to date catalog information within our PIM system and it was so easy to do! I use all of these features on a daily basis and it has made our product management so much more streamlined. I find the handling of assets within Akeneo PIM could be enhanced. Specifically, it is cumbersome to sort assets manually, which complicates organizing and retrieving them efficiently. Furthermore, the current system requires providing multiple URLs for different assets of a single product, which can be inconvenient.
