What do you like best about symplr Workforce?

The one thing about symplr Workforce I like the most is how it arrays shift rotations. It helps distribute work evenly among employees to avoid overloading of some while ensuring, in turn, that there is no burnout within the team. Preferences and availability as well as workload balance are considered in the automated scheduling. It also helps in ensuring that that certain roles meet specific credentialing needs before being assigned shifts. This has kept us out of last minute adjustments and gaps in staff. What do you dislike about symplr Workforce?

Symplr Workforce has the downside of taking longer to approve shift swaps. However, with requests of approved paths requiring through their approval paths there can sometimes be a delay for last minute changes. Secondly, second (another entry), while schedule updates get pushed, the notification for the changes is never sent immediately, so sometimes the miscommunication. There are, though, for a few instances, course, some employees have not been aware of the changes and as a result, have had coverage gaps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about symplr Workforce?

To be very honest, I like the intuitive feel that the tool has grown to showcase under symplr Workforce. It is easy to use, and well organized in terms of scheduling and tracking of the time your employees take off. The templates are convenient to use to design the schedules tailored to our needs, besides it does not need much effort to do that. Also, regarding the real time notification and approval it helps me to track the changes in staffing and apply necessary changes when necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about symplr Workforce?

Although, there are various features in symplr Workforce, I was surprised to realize that the mobility app seems to have fewer options than the web application. More precisely, they would like to have even more Reporting and Analytics options on the Mobile application. This would make it possible for me to do staff planning and make shift schedules on the move rather than having to stay at the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about symplr Workforce?

I personally like how easy to use this platform and it really helped me in reporting and staff management . From taking attendance to log tracking of teams it works without any issue. It does absolute job for time card and attendance tracking which I find very useful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about symplr Workforce?

I like that it was very easy to navigate, search for employees, etc. It was also adaptable, as our engineers were able to add in reports we could pull, templates we could create, and more which was super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about symplr Workforce?

I think it would have been nicer to have more schedule management ability, or at least to have made it easier to navigate and use from an administrator POV. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about symplr Workforce?

I love the advanced analytical feature of streamlining scheduling, compliance and other HR functions primarily in the healthcare industry. It allows for real time updates reducing administrative overhead. The platform also provides for self service portal for employees. What do you like best about symplr Workforce?

The Time & Attendance system is a wonderful product! It's easy to use and offers many features for employees which eliminates some of the work from managers. I also like being able to set some of my own preferences and looking at information that is important to my role. The integration between Scheduling, Time Cards and Attendance tracking is excellent. Our implementation team (12 years ago) was excellent and definitely appreciated their expertise on best practices. Customer Service is wonderful. Most of my questions are answered immediately and if the issue needs to be escalated, the responses I receive are very prompt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about symplr Workforce?

My only recommendation for improvement would be for some of the standard reports such as the Attendance Tracking report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
