Where do I begin?!
- The actual software is incredible. The unlimited conditional logic makes creating nearly any set of form fields possible. We're a small non-profit with all sorts of complicated "if-this-then-this," especially regarding payments, and Swoogo makes that a breeze.
- We partnered with Xtag per Swoogo's recommendation, and it make check-in a CINCH! Love all of the available integrations!
- THE SUPPORT TEAM. It's as if they are exclusively there waiting for ME to ask a question so they can immediately help ME. Truly, we're talking a few minutes, and often with a customized video to help navigate anything!
- Very easy to set up and get started! Of course, you can make your event as complex as you need, but it's simple to just jump in yourself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The event mobile app isn't perfect, but it's a great feature to have included and you can totally make it work.

We selected Swoogo to provided registration services for our clients after researching all options. We chose Swoogo because of it's intuitive interface, competitive pricing and ease of implementation. We extended into our second year of our relationship and found their solution-oriented Sales Team very helpful with options to make our client events successful as our team expanded it's own knowledge on how to leverage all of Swoogo's features. On top of that, for our less than seasoned internal team members building their initial events, the Swoogo Technical Support team is exceptional with their response time and quality feedback without making users feel inferior. In the event planning world, it's hard to find an end-to-end software that ticks all the boxes - but Swoogo does! Before and during the pandemic, my team explored more than half a dozen software to help with our event planning needs and after each event, there was a laundry list of items that those platforms promised, but didn't fulfill. That's not the case with Swoogo. I've been able to use the software for not only our conferences but also our awards programs. The flexibility of the software makes it so customizable that there's often more than one way to accomplish the desired outcome. Their support team is by far the best I have ever interacted with. Even my low-level issues are addressed almost immediately, it has never taken more than a few hours to hear from their team and their first response is an actual response to your issue - either asking clarifying questions or offering a solution (and not just a link to the online help center - which is very helpful for self-learners who are new to the platform!). I'm on the platform every day and love that any updates I make are immediately implemented on the customer's side. Occasionally when looking for a piece of information or a feature, it can be difficult to find. The Help Center can answer basic questions, but sometimes I have to inquire with the support team - which has never been an unpleasant experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
it’s a fantastic product. The user experience is excellent, I find it intuitive, easy to use, and understand. Whenever I need help, the extensive user guide is incredibly helpful and always has the information I’m looking for, the materials are great for understanding the platform. I've been using the platform everyday and I have found it easy to understand and implement.

Swoogo is easy to use to set up all kinds of events. It is a one-stop shop! Our customer's events vary in complexity and we always find a solution to meet their needs. The customer service is top-notch. They are quick to respond and to go out of their way to help. The online help is also excellent. The ability to create event websites for our customers is so helpful and they have templates to help you get started. We use Swoogo every day and have been a customer for several years. As 7+ year industry veteran, I have tried a range of registration and event management software solutions. Swoogo is by far the most flexible and easy to use for our diverse range of events. Their exceptionally responsive staff and support teams make trouble shooting very easy on tight timelines. I brought on Swoogo 3 months ago because I needed an event platform that could "do it all". Swoogo is not just a registration platform; it's a fully comprehensive, end-to-end attendee management system and more. We love the multi-registration flows, segmentation reports, ease of use, and the numerous widgets that allow us to create a website and event splash pages quickly.
The great thing about Swoogo is that it can be used for all our events this year, not just our major conference summit. We use Swoogo for every workshop, customer event, tradeshow, conference - big and small. We create templates for each event, saving us countless hours on the back-end, which is especially valuable for our small team. The urgency of incorporating this platform and starting onboarding due to our deadlines was very real, and Swoogo delivered. We needed to spin-up a major event registration for our upcoming summit within a week!
We compared multiple platforms and were nervous about making the final decision, but the Swoogo support team came through with flying colors. Their customer team is simply the best! They provid quick replies, jump on last-minute calls to discuss issues, advise on the best ways to proceed, help set up registration frameworks, and find innovative, custom, work-around & solutions. I cannot say enough good things about their support - you are in good hands with Swoogo!
It takes working with it, but once you truly get the "understanding" of how the Swoogo event platform works (it will just "click") -- you can be endlessly creative with it's use cases. I've used Swoogo for simple RSVP pages, to meeting capture forms, to fully built-out conference registrations & mangagement.
The tech and content are always well thoughtout. Overall, I've been incredibly impressed with the company, their product, service, features, content, education, and support.

So far, so good, haven't come across what we dislike yet. We'd love for it to integrate into Routespring and a few other platforms we use - but those are very custom integrations and fall into the "nice-to-have" bucket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

(1) I like the logical questionaires the best about Swoogo. We have various clients so it is nice to have the options to change the logics based on previous responses, data lists, email addresses etc.
(2) I also like the ease of use on the backed end interface. Creating website pages and registrations form with the widgets makes designing simple.
(3) report building is very straight forward and I like how we can edit the filters and report fields instantaneously. I love being able to send the live reports to our clients so they don't have to request reports continuously.
(4) Lastly, i really like the compatibility and integeration the app has, it can be linked to other software platforms and payment gateways in a matter of clicks. Not to mention using the Swoogo app, Swoogo Live, makes updating a single step action with the content being linked directly from the backend, to website, to app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Swoogo makes website building and attendee management a breeze. Everything is customizable - from the favicon, to the registration form, to the visiblity of certain pages. Not only is it easy to learn and implement, their Support Team answers any and all questions thoroughly and always offers additional support. Once registration is live, you are still able to make changes. The ability to have automatic messages, direct links to reporting, and analystics are extremely helpful. We have used Swoogo multiple times already and look forward to using it for all future programs. The only thing I haven't done yet is integrate a payment method. The only "challenge" I've faced so far had to do with language translations. The Google Translate algorithim does not automatically translate to every widget on your website; you do have to thoroughly go through each widget and text box to ensure they have all been translated. The best part of the software has to be the people. Everytime I need help I can email or use the built in help chat and I get someone within 15 mins with an answer, not only just an answer, but oftne times a detailed walkthrough including screenshots (with annotations and call outs) or even a recording of them doing the process step by stem for me to follow along. And most of all they LIKE helping out and you can tell they enjoy what they do, which translates to me wanting to work with them (as opposed to some software we use there I DREAD reachng out to their support teams) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are very few downsides, the only thing that sticks out in my mind is there currently is not a way to retroactively update all the registration forms across all the live sites (say if you wanted to update a field). This is totally understandable though, because , if you did you would have the possiblility of really breaking everything that you had spent time building in the first palce.
