What do you like best about SwiftKanban?

SwiftKanban assists me with managing my Kanban cards through its splendid visualization board. It gives me clear visibility about my work items, summary, assignment status, point of contact, deadline, etc for my sprint cycle. Also, I can generate my Kanban cards using its card templates feature, thus avoiding duplication of efforts, rework time, and managing workflow, which has recurring tasks. What do you dislike about SwiftKanban?

Backlog provides me ideas on our future roadmaps and sprint plannings and serves as a brilliant entry point of task items in our workflow. We modify them depending on their priority and our team's functionalities. Setting the highest importance to any of the task items is easy and straightforward, thanks to SwiftKanban Dashboard. It gives a great retrospective of our service delivery history, so nothing is worth mentioning when it comes to disliking the usage of SwiftKanban. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SwiftKanban solving and how is that benefiting you?

Project roadmaps are essential aspects that we keep track of as they are the most critical artifact in our organization. SwiftKanban provides features in which we can easily understand the probabilistic of our delivery estimates, defines flexible roadmaps within discrete limitations, and actively helps in monitoring if everything is on track and what is still left to be done. It accelerates our Lean Software Development action items through its excellent visual workflow model, and its activity log helps me track each user stories effectively.
