The majority of my day is made up of investor meetings and then the followup paperwork and messaging for these meetings.
I use Surfe to add people to my CRM from their LinkedIn profile quickly as well as the ability to use templates within LinkedIn messaging.
Before Surfe I had multiple screens with documents containing messages and templates that I had to copy and paste back and forth to LinkedIn. And then had to go back and update my CRM.
Surfe knocks out the majory of that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To be honest, I don't think anyone likes adding in another paid subscription to their tech stack... but I haven't found a VA who can do it faster and cheaper. Now I have my team working on bigger things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you spend a lot of time on LinkedIn for sales or networking, Surfe is one of those tools that just makes life easier. Instead of manually copying and pasting contact details into my CRM, I can add them with one click. It’s simple, saves a ton of time, and helps keep me organized.
One of the biggest perks for me is the email and phone number finder—it pulls verified contact info from multiple sources, which has been a huge help for outreach. And the CRM integration? Seamless. It just works in the background without me having to think about it. I can create an entire profile in my CRM without ever leaving LinkedIn. Literally all of it - Contact info, tasks, notes, etc.
Also, a quick shoutout to Maz, my customer success manager. Super helpful, always quick to answer questions, and made getting started with Surfe really easy.
If you’re using LinkedIn for prospecting or sales, Surfe is worth checking out. It’s not flashy or complicated—just a solid tool that does exactly what it promises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Currently, I'm having trouble getting sequence to integrate but I have no doubt Maz will help me clear that up :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the fact that initial Surfe setup is very easy and straight forward. Once the chrome extension is installed and the integration between LinkedIn and Surfe is running, the way the surfe context buttons inside of LinkedIn allow to push contacts between LinkedIn and Pipedrive is very impressive, And the way that the Pipedrive information is presented on Linkedin window, in the context of a contact is also very practical. When I adopeted Surfe it was for save me time between LinkedIn and Pipedrive, and in fact Surfe has saved me a lot of time that in the past was used in copy-paste between LinkedIn and Pipedrive. Now I can use that time for other activities thanks to Surfe. Bottom line, Surfe is very easy to implement. I use Surfe every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have to admit that some times the label update from LinkedIn does not update in Pipedrive, and it may require to go to the record on Pipedrive and update it manually. But does not happen all the times, but it happens some times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how easy it is to add leads directly from LinkedIn to my Pipedrive. The integration is seamless, and having some information already displayed on LinkedIn through Surfe makes the process very efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I found that the tool is not as effective when it comes to finding phone numbers. It could improve in this aspect to become a more comprehensive solution for lead enrichment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It took 30 seconds to get started. Installation is just a chrome extension. I can filter my ideal customers by all the criteria I have, something which LinkedIn doesn't let me do. As it integrates with LinkedIn and is visible whenever I use LinkedIn, I can use it whenever I need to without leaving LinkedIn to add the contact or company to my CRM. It's not obvious how I can import the list of filtered prospects into my CRM (actually Google Sheet as my CRM is not supported). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I had been missing something. I told my team, and bemoaned the fact. I had down days. It was that the accuracy of the data I was adding to Pipedrive and spending days nurturing was always going to be better from LInked In that it was from our Zoom subscription - which was not cheap!!
With Surfe my nurturing is a doddle. I know my data is accurate, my head is up, my pipeline is strong and my days are effective, I love Surfe! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No downsides, truly haven't found one downside yet. Maybe I will but not as yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The search tool for lookalikes is great. We love that we can find brands that fit our ICP, and specifically the people in the roles we need to connect with. And on top of that, it makes seamless integrations for us to upload and connect the data within our Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator accounts. This has given us a huge jump start, as well as become a massive time saver for us. Love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Haven't found anything I don't like yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Surfe fits nicely in my prospecting workflow, enabling me to identify a prospect in LinkedIn, get their email and easily transition to HubSpot Set up was easy, and it's 'always on' in linkedin, so I use it consistently. Integration with HubSpot was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Had a few technical issues in 2022-23 that required reinstallations, but it's been stable since. Support was helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface can be used with multiple CRMs or even just Google Sheets which makes information nice and easy to organize leads and information. Customer service was quick and responsive as well as soon as I had a small problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike is that I can't mass input accounts into my sheets. If I do too many at once, it mixes up the names and emails sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They do a very good job of scraping info off of linkedIn. And, if you use one of their supported CRMs your lead gen is spead up significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you’re in the US and need timely support, forget it—customer service won’t respond until the next day. Worse, if you integrate with one of their supported CRMs and later need to switch, you’ll have to rely on them to make the change. The process is unclear and a huge headache. I learned this the hard way, wasting four days trying to resolve it. These issues could be avoided if they offered support staff in US time zones, but I was told, “It’s not in the budget.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
