I really can't recommend Superhuman enough for anyone who feels overwhelmed when it comes to email. It's become a program that I use every single day, which has saved me time and stress with my inbox. It is extremely easy to use, and the customer support is incredible (real, kind people and fast responses). There are many features that can be tailored to your needs in business, academia, etc., and make your life easier, but still within a beautiful and aesthetic user interface. I don't actively dislike anything about Superhuman, though I wish there were more integrations with task managers like Notion. That being said, they are working on this and are very receptive to feedback! Nothing negative to say. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I struggle with an overwhelming inbox but Superhuman allows me to reach the hallowed goal of "inbox zero" with little effort. It's easy to install and apart from a few moments of anxiety as it archives your current inbox, easy to use. I love the features such as automatic reminders, follow up reminders, delayed sending, ai message generation to name only a few. I save hours a day and am more productive by scheduling when I will deal with each email. I am finding more and more ways to simplify my workflow everyday. I use this on laptop, notebook and phone with no issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The commands take a little getting used to but are easy to locate if not commited to memory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Superhuman has a clear process for keeping your inbox clear. The desktop platform is fast, and the keyboard shortcuts help you to manage your email quickly. I use Superhuman all the time (and to manage 3 email accounts) and I find it to be incredibly helpful in managing my email volume and my sanity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you're someone who wants to micromanage emails into many separate folders, it can be a bit more challenging than other platforms. If you have your own specific workflow and you're unwilling to adapt, it might not be the best tool for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the keyboard shortcuts to sift through emails and smart automations to take away the hassle of doing admin tasks (scheduling calendar invites, doing/accepting intros) .
Filters work great and I am getting and staying on top of my emails for the first time in a long time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The price is quite expensive at €30 per month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Within the first day of using Superhuman, I found multiple sponsorship offers in my email that I did not know existed. I was able to use the built-in AI features to help me respond to emails more quickly and start creating business relationships with these companies.
The ability to set reminders for emails has helped my own anxiety in my business because I don't have to keep remembering what I should be doing or responding to. Ultimately, Superhuman has helped save me time and reduce my anxiety with both tasks and responding to emails! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only dislikes is that I have to create archive rules in Gmail to have certain emails marked as done automatically and I cannot figure out how I can use the AI features on mobile to respond to email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I heard about SuperHuman from a software executive I know and discounted it at first. Having my email usage expand I reconsidered it and turns out I really really like it. I especially like the fast, keyboard-first user experience. Getting the mouse out of the process is a game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have multiple inboxes to manage and the split inbox feature is not quite designed as a true "unibox" like I would like. The work around is simple and works, but I think there could be a way to reimagine a unibox experience for multiple accounts.
The current method isn't bad, but I can't help but think it could be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Superhuman has numerous features that allows you to save time and be more productive. Superhuman is packed with features that save time and boost productivity. It helps you manage your inbox more efficiently, like showing LinkedIn profiles of your contacts, setting reminders, and snoozing emails with just a few clicks. The split inboxes are great for keeping emails organized by category, so you can easily focus on what’s important. I also love the snippets feature which makes sending outbound emails so much easier. Plus, the interface is clean and minimalistic, which keeps things simple and free from distraction. As an executive assistant, Superhuman is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Superhuman only supports outlook and gmail. Also, the shortcut commands is a long list and takes time to learn and be familiar with. The subscription can also be a bit pricey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- It is super fast...like you do not understand...SUPER SUPER FAST
- Tips are given in digestible bites. They are always there to help and give you tips with one on one meetings.
- A mouse is no longer used. It is so easy to use this way and you learn along the way. And when you do use your mouse because you do not know how to do it with the keyboard it will ALWAYS explain how you can use a keyboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Cannot add multiple inline messages *THAT IS IT THOUGH* Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is truly a modernized tool that helps support high performance. I work in an incredibly complex, overwhelming environment and my inbox reflects that. This is a tool that has allowed me to control chaos and transform a chaotic, reactionary inbox (which is a representation of our day to day.... into a fully controlled, proactive manageable environment. Given that it is a new tool, and that the development of the tool is very strong, I have no dislikes. I have tried alot of tools over the past decade, and have been dissapointed with most, if not all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Superhuman shines in the desktop mode. The shortcuts help me blaze through what I need to, push out things that don't need an urgent response to a better time, and take care of common tasks like replying to intros and scheduling easily.
I can manage both my work and personal emails and see an integrated calendar across both. Works great with both Gmail and Outlook. Beutiful experience.
I use it every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The sleeked down interface means some options I got used to in other emails aren't easily available (or I just haven't figured out how to do them yet), for example, pasting pictures into an email with keyboard shortcuts has not worked intuitively. It's fast to change the color of text in an email but to make it simple, there are only a half dozen options rather than a full pallette. None of these are dealbreakers for me, just change a few habits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
