I love it. Great interface that makes you focus on the task at hand. The shortcuts and removing mouse usage from your workflow makes a tremendous impact to my efficiency and makes managing my emails a breeze.
Very positive and easy onboarding process, with your own customer success manager assigned (for enterprise accounts) who is at hand to answer all questions and support implementation.
I recommend it to everyone I speak to at work who is struggling with a large volume of emails and wants to stay up to date with emails, rather than just filtering and ignoring emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The mobiles experience feels inferior compared to the desktop experience - but it is all about the desktop experience.
As a minor point, I would be keen to see the roadmap and what other integrations could be possible.
The calendar experience seems alittle disjointed from the quality of the email experience - but that may be because the email experience is so fantastic that it can't be replicated in calendar / scheduling.
That is really nit picking! Its an email product and for email, its near faultless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Superhuman has completely changed how I handle emails.
The keyboard shortcuts are a game-changer; super intuitive, they might take a bit to master, but once you do, you'll have muscle memory within days.
Superhuman integrates features that usually require multiple apps, like easy scheduling, AI-assisted responses, sharing drafts with team members, and setting follow-up reminders.
The whole email experience feels streamlined and enjoyable.
To top things off, the customer support is exceptional! Very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A unified calendar view would be fantastic. Superhuman supports multiple email inboxes. The calendar integration is solid for individual inboxes.
EDIT: After a call with the fantastic Superhuman support team, I discovered a solution for the calendar view! You can sign into an account to gain calendar access for your primary Superhuman account. You can sign into multiple accounts to view any calendar you'd like!
Also, viewing attachments can be clunky; you're redirected to an external browser.
Finally I'd like to see tighter CRM integration and overall expanded integration options(accounting software, more CRM options, etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Superhuman is the fastest, most polished email experience I’ve ever used. Every interaction feels seamless, making it noticeably quicker than Outlook or any other client. While some features might exist elsewhere, Superhuman refines them to perfection, setting a new benchmark for usability. The design is minimalist yet stunning, with a UX that makes email not just manageable but genuinely enjoyable—a tool I look forward to using every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It’s hard to find much to dislike, but if I’m nit-picking: while the AI features are well integrated and definitely helpful, they don’t feel far ahead of what’s available elsewhere just yet. Also, the cost is undeniably steep at $30-40 per month—it’s a big ask for an email app. That said, Superhuman genuinely improves my efficiency and makes email a pleasure rather than a chore, so it feels like a worthwhile investment compared to other subscriptions that add far less value to my day. You can easily go through your email quickly-- and complete tasks that it would have taken many CLICKs and various software.
Delete, batch unsubscribe (and delete every email you ever received from them!), archive, remind me in x days and at y time, create a calendar invitation, ask AI to summarize the thread, search for an email.... all by hitting one or two keys!!! Brilliant! I can't tell you how this is saving my wrist from carple tunnel!
And the Superhuman team makes it super easy to learn how to use the software (on Windows, Mac,Android or iphones) with quick, easy to understand implement impactful emails.
When I had a question about how to do something, I emailed them and they got right back to me!
exclusively! It was easy to install and link up to my Outlook account. I started using it a little every day, because it took me some time to learn all the shortcuts, and now I use it almost Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the user interface had more color. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I came back from pto and my inbox was even worse than the usual chaos, I was nervous about clearing it when a friend referred me SuperHuman.
I was impressed by the speed in which I sorted everything out and got caught up with all my top priorities, team requests, follow ups and removed the noise from it.
It's the only email tool I use now, everyday it helps me go through emails, set reminders, they have tutorials to facilitate use and commands making me take more value from them.
Their team is also very available to answer questions, that's pretty nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't had issues yet.
Its a paid tool that is worth paying for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Superhuman has the most powerful tools for managing an overflowing inbox. I can quickly address and ignore emails that are just notifications and focus on addressing the most important messages. I love the ability to hit snooze on an important email and have it appear later when I do have time to respond to it. The AI summaries are great, and the AI assistant for drafting emails also does a great job into transforming my curt response into a more thoughtful and complete response on my behalf. This tool has saved me a massive amount of time every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI is sleek and minimal which is great once you get up to speed, but when you start it can be a little intimidating trying to find what you need especially since I needed to learn both mobile and desktop versions. I love that they send you little tips everyday for the first week, DO NOT ignore those emails! You need to really invest a few minutes each day to learning the powerful fewtures and you will be greatly rewarded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Superhuman allows me to get through my email 2 to 3 times faster.
Setting the reminders is easy and critical for making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
I like the concept of doing everything using the keyboard. It is amazing how much the mouse slows the process down.
It only took me an hour or so to get used to what to click, and if you forget, everything is easily available to remind you what needs to be clicked.
The snippets are really helpful for sending the same message over and over again including automatically addressing the person you are sending to and adding a CC automatically too.
Everything is done fast via the keyboard; the reminders and snippets are the most essential features for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I still set my calendar events in Outlook because I like to get email reminders for events and Superhuman does not offer email reminders for events yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Makes it quick and easy to clear out my inbox down to just what I need to handle for today. The Reminders feature is probably my #1 productivity unlock, as it brings messages back to the top of my inbox when I need them. Makes it a lot easier for me to shift things out of view when I know it will be coming back timely. Share Availability is also great. I spend more time in my email than in any other app, so the quality of life improvements and time savings make Superhuman one of my favorite purchases so far. Can't edit calendar appointments in Superhuman, which can be annoying. Need to go to your actual calendar account (Office 365 in my case) to make edits. On the flip side, the automatic meeting name and descriptions have been really nice.
Cost is also a "con" considering Outlook is effectively free (since I'd have the Office apps regardless). Well worth it though when I consider the time and stress it saves me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The layout is generally very clean and there is somewhat of a gamification to get to "inbox zero". I know that doesn't work with everyone, but its certainly helped me out. Generally, I know a few keyboard shortcuts for most things, but its not how I normally navigate around most applications, It is however, what I do in Superhuman. I can navigate through 95% of all of my email tasks without touching the mouse, which is pretty convienent. I also tend to be the person who can fall into using my inboxs as my to-do lists. Superhuman has a one key shortcut to set reminders on emails and that allows me the confidence that i'm not going to drop the ball on something just because I don't have time to do or think about it in that exact momement. I also like their AI based summarize feature with one keystroke. I, like many people, subscribe to more newsletters than I can reasonably read. This use to stress me out, but now I just have superhuman summarize each one into 5-10 bullet points and then make the decision if I want to read the whole thing. I wish there was an option for a unified inbox with all of my addresses going into one place. I might ultimately not want that, but it should be easy enough to have that as an option as it was origianlly what I was looking for. The mobile experience is good, but I wish a few of the navigation features were just a bit easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Superhuman has an effective way to clear out your inbox and organize your emails. In the past, I would answer my emails and then keep them in folders or if I didn't know exactly how to manage them leave those responded to emails in my Inbox. With Superhuman once I answer I can say it's done and it organizes those emails for me in easily located areas. Additionally, I can pull up my calendar when I suggest a date automatically to ensure my availability and also check to see when my emails have been opened to send up follow-ups if necessary. There are so many shortcuts it is a bit overwhelming to take on initially. There needs to be an easier way to learn them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
