Superhuman allows me to quickly triage, mark as done, delete, unsubscribe and schedule emails. I no longer suffer from email overload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like a better calendar integration. I also love splits but I would like to see 2 inbox splits at a time to allow me to monitor our support inboxes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am neurodivergent and have ADHD; Superhuman has totally gamified my inbox. Emails are a huge part of my job - they are the primary way I communicate with clients, answer complicated questions, and clarify complex topics. With Superhuman, my email responses are extremely organized and clear, and I feel very accomplished each time I clear my inbox.
For me, when something is out of sight, it is also out of mind. Superhuman has a feature that allows you to have an email show up in your inbox at a scheduled time. So instead of marking things unread or accidentally marking something read and never responding to a client, I know I can depend on Superhuman to always have my back.
I no longer feel overwhelmed and overstimulated every time I open my email. I know when my co-workers are already responding to an email, I know when people have seen my messages, and I can send internal messages to remind or advise our project manager on specific case progress.
Superhuman has streamlined my company's workflow and it's been really nice to watch it happen in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few things that take some getting used to and some digging to really learn about. Modules front-and-center might help ease some of the bumps for new users that aren't very technologically inclined.
I also don't think it's super necessary to get an email from Rahul every single day. I like that he offers new information and engagement, but every day is unnecessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love it. Great interface that makes you focus on the task at hand. The shortcuts and removing mouse usage from your workflow makes a tremendous impact to my efficiency and makes managing my emails a breeze.
Very positive and easy onboarding process, with your own customer success manager assigned (for enterprise accounts) who is at hand to answer all questions and support implementation.
I recommend it to everyone I speak to at work who is struggling with a large volume of emails and wants to stay up to date with emails, rather than just filtering and ignoring emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The mobiles experience feels inferior compared to the desktop experience - but it is all about the desktop experience.
As a minor point, I would be keen to see the roadmap and what other integrations could be possible.
The calendar experience seems alittle disjointed from the quality of the email experience - but that may be because the email experience is so fantastic that it can't be replicated in calendar / scheduling.
That is really nit picking! Its an email product and for email, its near faultless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a self employed realtor of course I get tons of emails. When I first signed up with Superhuman I had over a quarter of a million unread emails in my inbox. Within 3 days of signing up for Superhuman I was at inbox zero and I have maintained that for 6 weeks in a row. Superhuman utilizes shortcuts to make it easier to navigate. One of my favorite features is the option to have the AI help draft your emails and/or revise the email response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you have a Yahoo, AOL, or other email provider, it will not work. It is only compatible with Gmail and Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The feature I like the most is the ability to snooze from my phone to my desktop. It helps me clear my inbox and return to a list of high-priority tasks when back at the desktop. I also like using keystrokes rather than mousing all over. It saves me a ton of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the Chrome extension can have challenges. I have had some times where it works great on mobile but doesn't load as much on desktop or as quickly. These instances are not common but do happen from time to time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Superhuman has completely changed how I handle emails.
The keyboard shortcuts are a game-changer; super intuitive, they might take a bit to master, but once you do, you'll have muscle memory within days.
Superhuman integrates features that usually require multiple apps, like easy scheduling, AI-assisted responses, sharing drafts with team members, and setting follow-up reminders.
The whole email experience feels streamlined and enjoyable.
To top things off, the customer support is exceptional! Very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A unified calendar view would be fantastic. Superhuman supports multiple email inboxes. The calendar integration is solid for individual inboxes.
EDIT: After a call with the fantastic Superhuman support team, I discovered a solution for the calendar view! You can sign into an account to gain calendar access for your primary Superhuman account. You can sign into multiple accounts to view any calendar you'd like!
Also, viewing attachments can be clunky; you're redirected to an external browser.
Finally I'd like to see tighter CRM integration and overall expanded integration options(accounting software, more CRM options, etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Superhuman helps me fly through my emails, and with ~6 email accounts split between work, school, business, and personal, what used to take me ages is extremely quick. Additionally, the AI makes responding to emails a breeze - it will spit out a pretty solid draft, and allow me to just make a few tweaks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've given this feedback before (to their absolutely wonderful customer support team), but I really hope that they make an effort to prioritize a unified inbox. Outlook and Gmail support it natively, and that is one of the only things holding me back. I have referred several people and spoken with probably a dozen professional contacts that use Superhuman, and their one complaint is ALWAYS the lack of a unified inbox! Keep up the great work, Superhuman team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Super fast email triage. I save at least an hour on emails daily and I don't miss anything. Using the keyboard instead of a mouse is extremely intuitive/.
Team collaboration is great, you can add notes to emails for you team to see so you don't have to send tons of emails back and forth internally.
No integration needed, download and sign up...
Customer support is great (not that I've ever needed it). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pricing is on the high side compared to other email tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Superhuman is the fastest, most polished email experience I’ve ever used. Every interaction feels seamless, making it noticeably quicker than Outlook or any other client. While some features might exist elsewhere, Superhuman refines them to perfection, setting a new benchmark for usability. The design is minimalist yet stunning, with a UX that makes email not just manageable but genuinely enjoyable—a tool I look forward to using every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It’s hard to find much to dislike, but if I’m nit-picking: while the AI features are well integrated and definitely helpful, they don’t feel far ahead of what’s available elsewhere just yet. Also, the cost is undeniably steep at $30-40 per month—it’s a big ask for an email app. That said, Superhuman genuinely improves my efficiency and makes email a pleasure rather than a chore, so it feels like a worthwhile investment compared to other subscriptions that add far less value to my day. Superhuman just works. The initial setup was easy, and the onboarding was world-class. I'm able to use it across professional and personal email accounts in a single pane of glass, but all of my inboxes are still separated. Further, the keyboard shortcuts make it lightning fast to get through my email, set reminders for things to come back to, and get to inbox zero. I've yet to find another mail client that is this easy to use and as powerful. It easily saves me over an hour per day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't really think of anything that I dislike. I would love to see a ChatGPT integration, although the built-in AI is still quite useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can easily go through your email quickly-- and complete tasks that it would have taken many CLICKs and various software.
Delete, batch unsubscribe (and delete every email you ever received from them!), archive, remind me in x days and at y time, create a calendar invitation, ask AI to summarize the thread, search for an email.... all by hitting one or two keys!!! Brilliant! I can't tell you how this is saving my wrist from carple tunnel!
And the Superhuman team makes it super easy to learn how to use the software (on Windows, Mac,Android or iphones) with quick, easy to understand implement impactful emails.
When I had a question about how to do something, I emailed them and they got right back to me!
exclusively! It was easy to install and link up to my Outlook account. I started using it a little every day, because it took me some time to learn all the shortcuts, and now I use it almost Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the user interface had more color. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
