Looks can be deceiving as overall I have had a negative experience using this. I am constantly having to reach out to tech support to get issues resolved and even then most of my requests go ignored. I have to reach out constantly just to get a response from anyone. It is quite frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Stord OMS is soo great! It is one of the most user friendly to dashboards I have ever used. IThe customer support was also incredible. I ad the pleasure of working with Edwin Garcia and he was amazing. So attentive, so on top of all of our issues, creative problem solving skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Stord is an easy to grasp platform. It has an intuative UX that makes it easy to train employees and impliment into your operation. Combined with their customers service. It was an easy and seemless transition. Which is great for a growing business looking to expand with minimal to no downtime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not found any major downsides wth stord. Stord is always making improvements to their base system. When first starting with Stord, there were some minor things that could be adjusted to improve the workflow. Stord worked with our company to listen to those needs and impliment changes quickly. Stord makes it easy for our Operations Team to work with them. We have 2 warehouse and at least one of the two has friendly staff. The team in GA is receptive to feedback so they can meet our companies needs. The GA team we work with actively assists when issues do arise and they provide regular updates until a resolution is found. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The team in NV is not as friendly and seems to not care about meeting our needs. We've reported issues to this team and they say they will submit a ticket to their integrations team, but in reality the PM there thinks he knows what the issue is and decides not to submit a ticket. Bypassing this PM and his back up has proven to be the best way to get issues addressed as everytime there has been an issue that their integrations team needed to fix.
Both warehouse sites we use do need to be better at proactivly communicating issues with us instead of waiting until we bring it to Stord's attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that the tracking abilities are so easy within the platform. It doesn't require many steps to get the information I need Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Stord is very amenable to working with our business to ensure we get the right features. Additionally, the team has been great at adding new features that we can test in our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is still on the news side, so if you're looking for a product with every bell and whistle available, this may not be your cup of tea. But as I said before, the team is really looking to grow at a sustainable rate and work with your team to ensure the necessary features are present. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Stord team is made up of agile and eager account reps and engineers who can get the job done. Stord's ability to be flexible with specific client needs makes them a good choice for any size business - including both DTC and B2B. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to see improvements with Stord's integration with Shopify. There are limitations with events and tracking #s being passed back and forth with a few unique scenarios - but I'm hopeful Stord will continue to improve its support for Shopify clients.
