  ### 1. Great warehouse and inventory management 3PL portal!

**What do you like best about Stord?**

Stord's new OMS features an easy and interactive, live view of DTC and B2B orders, inventory levels, inbound and outbound receipts and many more offerings that make manging ecommerce operations seamless from the client side. It also features an insights section with a plethora of reports, data and anayltics that enables customers to analyze performance quickly and accurately! The web based dashboard is customer friendly and the best 3PL portal I've worked in!

**What do you dislike about Stord?**

Although the insights tab in the OMS offers a number of live reports, I'd love to see additional data fields added in for stronger analytics; examples include split lot code quantities shipped and expiration dates. Additionally, the ability to generate and download commercial invoices for international LTL shipments would be another offering that would streamline operations.

**What problems is Stord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stord's OMS answers most of our companies day to day operational questions through clear visability of the order dashboard, inventory network levels, receipt logs and insights reporting. The self-service portal has been instrumental in day to day operations!

**What do you like best about Stord?**

Stord's customer service has vastly improved over the last year. Through the revamped ticket system, we are able to keep our requests organized and we receive timely responses from the various team members. 

I also think Stord's dashboard is easy to use and navigate. Simply searching up an order or an item will bring you directly to that page and all information is consolidated in that one location.

**What do you dislike about Stord?**

There needs to be better guardrails around inventory adjustments and notifying customers. We've seen large inventory adjustments that don't get caught until the team is actually going in and reconciling the end of month. Additionally, Stord could use with additional fields when it comes to denoting why an inventory adjustment was made or why something was placed into "Locked" status. 

Stord could also use some work around closing out inbound receipts in a more timely manner. We are in the platform every day and will see something get delivered but not be received on until several days (sometimes weeks) later.

**What problems is Stord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stord is solving the problem of inventory management for a remote company. We are using 3 of Stord's warehouses with users all across the country but with the click of a button, are able to see all of our inventory as well as inbound / outbound orders we have in the system. We are able to use Stord's reporting to drill down to a daily view of our inventory which is crucial for our end of month reporting as well.

Stord helps us set clear boundaries and standards for the movement of our product, which in turn provides us with much more credible data. We leverage their insights field to help inform decision making within our operations. Incredibly user friendly and the team behind the technology are an incredible group of problem solvers who help tailor the platform to our business.

**What do you dislike about Stord?**

I do wish the platform was able to tie in tangential aspects of our operations that would be important in giving a picture of full landed costs. Predictive forecasting would be a huge boost as well. It's clear to me that those developments to the platform are trending in the right direction.

**What problems is Stord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stord gives us excellent visibility for our inventory and is able to manage a particularly complex business model that we employ. Powering our operation with data behind every move is no small feat and Stord does this with ease, helping inform operational decision making for our rapid growth.

This platform has a nice, clean interface.

Looks can be deceiving as overall I have had a negative experience using this. I am constantly having to reach out to tech support to get issues resolved and even then most of my requests go ignored. I have to reach out constantly just to get a response from anyone. It is quite frustrating.

The product allowed for easy integration with our other platforms.

The Stord OMS is soo great! It is one of the most user friendly to dashboards I have ever used. IThe customer support was also incredible. I ad the pleasure of working with Edwin Garcia and he was amazing. So attentive, so on top of all of our issues, creative problem solving skills.

The only reason we had to offboard was because of the price.

**What do you like best about Stord?**

Stord is an easy to grasp platform. It has an intuative UX that makes it easy to train employees and impliment into your operation. Combined with their customers service. It was an easy and seemless transition. Which is great for a growing business looking to expand with minimal to no downtime.

**What do you dislike about Stord?**

I have not found any major downsides wth stord. Stord is always making improvements to their base system. When first starting with Stord, there were some minor things that could be adjusted to improve the workflow. Stord worked with our company to listen to those needs and impliment changes quickly.

**What problems is Stord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previous to Stord, we were using a shipping manager that was built for a smaller business. As well as heavily reliant on manual processes. Stord has helped us move into digital platforms. Moving picking from a printed picklist to a handheld scanner, creating kits in the system to ensure that all products are consistent, and being able to track POs in the system have been helpful to our inventory management.

**What do you like best about Stord?**

Stord makes it easy for our Operations Team to work with them. We have 2 warehouse and at least one of the two has friendly staff. The team in GA is receptive to feedback so they can meet our companies needs. The GA team we work with actively assists when issues do arise and they provide regular updates until a resolution is found.

**What do you dislike about Stord?**

The team in NV is not as friendly and seems to not care about meeting our needs. We've reported issues to this team and they say they will submit a ticket to their integrations team, but in reality the PM there thinks he knows what the issue is and decides not to submit a ticket. Bypassing this PM and his back up has proven to be the best way to get issues addressed as everytime there has been an issue that their integrations team needed to fix.

Both warehouse sites we use do need to be better at proactivly communicating issues with us instead of waiting until we bring it to Stord's attention.

Having an East and West Coast facility helps get our customer's order to them quicker than when we handled it internally out of 1 small warehouse.

Stord is very amenable to working with our business to ensure we get the right features.  Additionally, the team has been great at adding new features that we can test in our workflow.

**What do you dislike about Stord?**

The platform is still on the news side, so if you're looking for a product with every bell and whistle available, this may not be your cup of tea.  But as I said before, the team is really looking to grow at a sustainable rate and work with your team to ensure the necessary features are present.

With Stord, we can focus on doing what we do best: growing our business.  They take care of the order management and warehouse management side of things.  Additionally, as new features come in, they work with us to try and ensure the new features are utilized to the best of our ability.

The Stord team is made up of agile and eager account reps and engineers who can get the job done. Stord's ability to be flexible with specific client needs makes them a good choice for any size business - including both DTC and B2B.

**What do you dislike about Stord?**

I would like to see improvements with Stord's integration with Shopify. There are limitations with events and tracking #s being passed back and forth with a few unique scenarios - but I'm hopeful Stord will continue to improve its support for Shopify clients.

Stord helped us increase our shipping efficiency by reducing order pick, pack, and ship time significantly.

The application is very friendly and easy to use. It is a complete warehousing program that may help you a lot with your inventory checking, compared to other old versions that other warehouses use.

For now, I can't find any obstacle to the easy use of the system, so for this reason, I don't have any complaints at all. Maybe the only improvement I can find is to easy link it to the system Sabor Mexicano is using ''Quickbooks''.

It is easy to use, for that reason  I can check out availability to fulfill the pending POs we have with our customers, and it is quickly updated by the warehouse.

Technology is evolving, they seem to be always improving to make it user friendly. Their customer service is helpful.

**What do you dislike about Stord?**

Occasionally a "system will break" and we catch it because of a customer complaint, rather than hearing from Stord proactively. It's so user-friendly that self service is the norm, which isn't always the best solution.

**What problems is Stord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very fast turnarounds for DTC (so fast a customer is unable to make changes); their accuracy is better than previous 3PL we used, we have very few mis-shipped or mis-packed orders.

I enjoy the communication aspect, they are upfront with resolving problems and provide good support when necessary from the customer support perspective. The platform is also very intuitive and easy to utilize; great features for reporting

There are some complications with repetitive issues (operationally). However, things are addressed and they do take measures to improve

One of things I most appreciate about Stord from an Analytics perspective is the ability to have API integration. Many 3PL lack this, and it makes reporting and analytics difficult.

**What do you dislike about Stord?**

Data integration has not been seamless and there is definitely work needed on Stord's end to better their technical processes.

Stord provides us with full services from 3PL to Order Management; for me, I gain insight as an analyst to performance of our products.

Their backend softwear is very nice and intutive and has a lot of self service tools that are helpful.

**What do you dislike about Stord?**

Consistently late on shipping orders and takes no accountability when doing so.  We were a customer of this warehouse for 12 years before Stord took over and after dealing with constant issues for 2 years, we decided to move elsewhere because things were not getting better.  Their mistakes cost us tens of thousands of dollars.  When we decided to leave, they held our product hostage while trying to charge us junk fees.  Just all around do not recommend.

They don;t solve any probems, they create them.

The software is extremely easy to use and looks great. All of our team has successfully transitioned into Stord and we haven't had a huge learning curve.

**What do you dislike about Stord?**

While the software is great some of the processes are extensive compared to our operation. But that's just part of combining software and ops. Not a huge hurdle.

Order processing and inventory management

Implementing the solution  was fairly easy . Stord was ready to build custom integrations for our requirements which made our lives easier

Turnaround times for support might take longer sometimes

Stord is used in one of our warehouses as a pilot program more for exploration. 
the customization has helped us to use Stord for both warehouse management and 3PL to our existing software

The portal is easy to check if my orders are open or received.
Can pull data from the portal.
Get fast replies and support from the staff.

**What do you dislike about Stord?**

Nothing bad to sayreally.
We could use more inbound appointments as we have many orders 450 arriving a month across entire network.

They have integrated with our data. 
Easy for inbound scheduling.

It is very user-friendly. It's not complicated to navigate/ use. I can get reports easily!

The WMS is great however customer service response is somehow untimely.
