Stord's new OMS features an easy and interactive, live view of DTC and B2B orders, inventory levels, inbound and outbound receipts and many more offerings that make manging ecommerce operations seamless from the client side. It also features an insights section with a plethora of reports, data and anayltics that enables customers to analyze performance quickly and accurately! The web based dashboard is customer friendly and the best 3PL portal I've worked in! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although the insights tab in the OMS offers a number of live reports, I'd love to see additional data fields added in for stronger analytics; examples include split lot code quantities shipped and expiration dates. Additionally, the ability to generate and download commercial invoices for international LTL shipments would be another offering that would streamline operations. Stord's customer service has vastly improved over the last year. Through the revamped ticket system, we are able to keep our requests organized and we receive timely responses from the various team members.
I also think Stord's dashboard is easy to use and navigate. Simply searching up an order or an item will bring you directly to that page and all information is consolidated in that one location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There needs to be better guardrails around inventory adjustments and notifying customers. We've seen large inventory adjustments that don't get caught until the team is actually going in and reconciling the end of month. Additionally, Stord could use with additional fields when it comes to denoting why an inventory adjustment was made or why something was placed into "Locked" status.
Stord could also use some work around closing out inbound receipts in a more timely manner. We are in the platform every day and will see something get delivered but not be received on until several days (sometimes weeks) later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Stord helps us set clear boundaries and standards for the movement of our product, which in turn provides us with much more credible data. We leverage their insights field to help inform decision making within our operations. I do wish the platform was able to tie in tangential aspects of our operations that would be important in giving a picture of full landed costs. Predictive forecasting would be a huge boost as well. Looks can be deceiving as overall I have had a negative experience using this. I am constantly having to reach out to tech support to get issues resolved and even then most of my requests go ignored. I have to reach out constantly just to get a response from anyone. It is quite frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
