What do you like best about Statusbrew?

We compared Statusbrew with Sprout using G2's comparison chart. While it looked promising, we wanted to be sure it met our needs. After taking a demo, we found the tool on par with Sprout. We decided to migrate, and the process was smooth. Their customer support team helped with setup tasks like configuring profiles and user groups, saving us a lot of time. What do you like best about Statusbrew?

We run multiple Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for our clients. Managing comments manually for multiple clients was becoming impossible, especially with the flood of spam and bot activity. Statusbrew’s automation helped us eliminate spam and bot comments quickly. The sentiment detection feature accurately spotted negative comments, which we hide to maintain campaign performance. What problems is Statusbrew solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Statusbrew, we’ve automated two tasks:

Managing spam and negative comments: Spam, bots, and negative comments were hurting our ad performance and brand image. Thanks to the auto-hide and delete rules, we no longer have to manually clean up the comment section.
