Managing multiple social media accounts is chaotic. We were struggling with content calendars, scheduling, and tracking performance across several platforms. The biggest challenge we faced before Statusbrew was coordinating with clients on content. Without a streamlined process, we often relied on long email threads, shared documents, or scattered messages. Statusbrew has transformed this by providing a central hub for content feedback, approvals, and planning. Clients contribute directly within the platform, and we have full visibility into each step of the process. What do you like best about Statusbrew?

We started using Statusbrew to make our content posting more organized. The internal tagging feature has been really useful for categorizing content by campaigns and types. What do you like best about Statusbrew?

I started using Statusbrew on their standard plan, primarily to get rid of spam comments on Facebook and Instagram ads and better reach my target audience. As my client base grew, I upgraded to the premium plan, to access the advanced automations and reporting features. The time I spent managing social media was reduced drastically. One standout feature is the use of tags, implementing them was a game changer. They helped with organizing posts, tracking engagement, and building smart automations. Recalling the tags again, they sure comes handy while generating analytics. I get multiple of options to filter data based on profiles or projects for different clients, but tags are essential for me. I've tagged almost every piece of scheduled content, and being able to view analytics by campaign gives me a complete picture of what’s working and what’s not. The part I like about Statusbrew is that it is a straightforward social media management platform that helps create content calendars, scheduling posts, and reporting in one place and at a fair price. It’s truly built with agency needs in mind, allowing us to work seamlessly across accounts. Now, my team can focus on creating good content and delivering results for our clients. We are active users of the Statusbrew platform, especially their Inbox. It helped us organize conversations, allowing our support and marketing teams to quickly address queries from our audience. By default, all engagements from our connected channels come into a single stream, which is straightforward, but managing these with customized views has to be the best due to filters and conditions. What do you like best about Statusbrew?

We've been using Statusbrew for over 7 months now, and it’s really helped our team boost the efficiency of content creation and audience engagement. At first, we thought it was just a simple scheduler with community management support, but as we dove deeper, the team collaboration features became valuable whether it was during content creation, managing review approvals, or leaving notes on scheduled and drafted content in the calendar.

We also loved how neatly we were able to organize different campaigns using the various views. Based on my experience so far, their inbox might be the best in the industry. The customizable views and separated inboxes made it easy for us to manage the growing scale of engagements. What do you dislike about Statusbrew?

Ok, so despite being a fan of Statusbrew, we still have a few suggestions:

1. It would be great to have a review function for videos in the asset manager, that allow us to add notes or suggestions at specific timestamps.

As I mentioned earlier, the organized structure of Statusbrew is further enhanced by its automation features. We created a rule using a combination of tags for people interested in our product and service, which automatically labels those conversations and moves them to a separate customer service inbox. This helps our team prioritize what matters most.

One more thing I’d like to highlight is the small design touches, like the icons available in each section of the platform whether it's publishing or reporting.
