I like the ability to ask questions of people before moving the invoice along, the approval and review processes, and how easy it is to search for invoices by number/vendor/total/etc. I also enjoy the reports feature to see how individual users are doing with items in their workflow Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it questions if an invoice is a duplicate when it is not. Aside from that, I've really had no issues with the program! Compared to our old software, this is a dream! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a modern and full screen UI with lots of thought to user experience and ease of navigation. Great internal communication system to reach out to all parties involved on an invoice, good approval workflow that's easy to build and review, intuitive searches, granular user accesses, allows for custom fields, quick and friendly chat help for questions or issues, frequent syncing to QB and we have not experienced a lot of syncing errors, calls out unusually high invoices, and a fantastic onboarding experience. Pay outside Stampli does not follow the normal payment approval process approval flow. Once an invoice is approved there's no payment approver built-in like ACH or Check payments. The Workflow will force you to change a workflow if it doesn't match some of the other workflows, there's also not a historical workflow report to track previous setups or changes. I love the ease of use. Invoices gets processed so quickly and are easily traceable. It's pretty straight forward and easy to navigate. The communication options between users. approvers and outsiders make it easy to have all the information located in one place. The customer service is fantastic. The one thing I didn't like about Stampli was not being able to mass change posting periods to the next one after a posting period closed. But that has now been fixed. I give Stampli a 10 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how user-friendly Stampli is. Our employees got comfortable with the software fairly quickly. As a coder, Stampli has made my entry process faster. It feels like Stampli is extra storage for my memory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Stampli still needs a good amount of assistance. Many of our vendors are used for our different companies so it gets confused when we change the coding based on the working entity/location. I also wish pre-planned approvers were automatically included in our plan. I need to refer to a separate document every day and sometimes Billy recommends the wrong people. I dont like that alot of the visa's get duplicates. I think that this doubles my work when I have to work out of two systems. Attaching the wrong one or wanting to delete something is not easy. I think training should be better. Especially for the visa's. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Stampli is systematically pretty simple to use. Loading invoices, inputing data, sending for approvals, creating payments, vendor management...these are all very easy tasks within the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My two biggest pain points.
1. Communication with Netsuite! Linking invoices, vendor info, and PO details are PAINFUL. It may be that our team just requires more training to understand the communication between the two systems.
2. The length of time it takes our vendors to receive their payments! We constantly get complaints from vendors that our ACH process takes way too long. Ideally, once we hit "pay" our vendors should see money in their accounts in no more than 48 hours. It should not take 5-7 days to get an electronic payment through the Authomated Clearing House (ACH). This could be more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We finally have a single repository for all invoices and can search for an invoice quickly. Our Approvers have been able to reduce their review time significantly, which has led to quick end-user buy-in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Stampli has made their website easy to navigate, clean, and the quick response time from the team at Stampli have made the transition into the website incredibly easy. The ability to customize reporting, mass update, along with track your invoices down to the account code and area really appealed to our company and our needs. The best fesature so far is Direct Pay. This add on has allowed us to improve our AP processing time and the option of paying Vendors ACH is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ridgedness of linked transactions failing if one field is changed can be troublesome. We often have a date issue when bills should be dated after the export in a different period within Netsuite before closing. This causes a link up porblem down the line when paying a bill.
