The Ease of Implementation, the intelligence of Billy & the customer support my team has reecieved from Sammy Kisner has been unparralled. She is probably been just as important to the success of our teams set-up, use and positive attitudes towards the software. The Stampli team is lucky to have her! My finance team knows how much I love Stampli because I sing its praises so often. I'm an A/P team of one in a fast growing startup. We recently outgrew our old system and needed to look for something affordable and scalable that would interrupt our day-to-day operations as little as possible. That's when we found Stampli. It's incredibly easy to use, allows me to keep up with A/P on my own thanks to my buddy Billy the Bot. Implementation was quick and quite easy, and while we don't run into problems often, customer support is always super fast to respond and kind to explain what's happening and how to resolve it. There are some features that my team is waiting for Stampli to implement, and some things aren't as smooth as I'd like. For example, I'd love to see payment information directly on the invoice page or, at the very least, have a link from the invoice page to the payment page similar to how bill.com does it. This would make things so much smoother when checking on the status of invoices and providing remittance information for vendors. Additionally, ACH payments take longer than other systems like bill.com. A new expedited payment option has been released recently, but it costs money and has a cap on the payment amounts allowed to be expedited. 1. Selected filters do not save. You have to select the company code every time.
2. Vendor numbers do not match the vendor numbers in Dealertrack. I have to look up the vendor number in dealertrack and enter the vendor number as the control number in stampli for each invoice.
3. Have to enter the description, control # and reference # multiple times for each invoice.
4. There is not a pending approval tab in invoice processing.
5. There should be a "do not show again" option on the pop up screen on the payment processing-select to pay tab.

The ease of Stampli. It is such a straightforward software that is easy for anyone to pickup. Costumer service support is unlike any other software company that is out on the market. When you are processing invoices daily, this makes all the difference. I am constantly in Stampli looking at invoices or reports. So far did not encounter any issues, would be more helpful to have more options to manage card, i.e. freeze the card while not in use to avoid data being stolen and fraudulent transactions or to have an option to receive a verification for "first time" use of the card with certain vendors - my card was recently used without my permission and if I would have received a warning asking if I am attempting to make a purchase before authorising it, I would have definitely said "no" and would have avoided it being used without my permission. The fact the Stampli streamlines everything and syncs with our financial software is so great. After working in finance and accounting for almost 2 decades without access to an external AP software, I'm so pleased to see how easy and efficient stampli is and how much time it saves me tracking invoices and communicating with vendors. So far I hve not had any major issues with Stampli! The one thing I do wish, is that if a vendor was created in Stampli, it would set it up in our accounting software as well, but a minor issue.
I also disliked the beneficiary owner information had to be entered again even though we were already in compliance with federal agencies. If this is required we should be able to use the FinCen IDs we created in Stampli to prevent from having to enter duplicate information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So, I dont want to say anything bad, but I dont love the export issues. Theres always something weird going on with our exporting information. I also done love that if I update a vendor I have to do so in QB AND in Stampli to make them uniform. I would like to just update one or the other and have them Synch. Prior to Stampli, we would send invoices to project managers via email which was slow and tedious. Our AP workflow could take up to a couple months for something to be approved and then input into our accounting system. With Stampli, the process went from months down to days. Stampli has easy integration with our accounting system. This has helped us with our job costing and reporting as well as allowing us to quickly catch mistakes in the billing that would have previously slipped through the cracks and cost us money. Our vendors are happy because they can send bills directly to Stampli and they know it's been captured in our workflow. We use Stampli everyday for our AP workflow and now our employee expense cards as well. If an issue pops up we can easily reach out to support and get the issue resolved quickly. The biggest downside is that we currently pay for a limit of how many bills we can process. We will need to look into increasing our limit for future months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My favorite part is the easness of approving or declining invoices, with the ability to send it to whoever it needs to approve and provide reasoning of the decline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
