Stampli is a very easy system to navigate and allows for multiple approvers of invoices. We use Stampli every day for several buildings and it is easy to navigate from one facility to the next. Customer support is fast and has excellent follow up, we have monthly meetings with our representative who is always looking for suggestions on ways to improve their product. I think my most favorite feature is the advanced search includes the word feature, I use it a lot during audits and do not have to comb through every invoice looking for the needle in the haystack. I think the only item i don't really care for is that when you ask a question or request an update to another user the invoice sits in your queue until it is answered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Stampli was very easy to setup and the integration with NetSuite required zero effort. I can't tell you how many vendors that claimed their product was "plug-and-play" left me with a 9 month implementation project. This was not the case with Stampli. Stampli support is not 24/7 and is closed on holidays. This has proved challenging on some non-traditional holidays when our offices open and we run into a production issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Stampli is a fantastic AP workflow software that is efficient and user-friendly. It has tremendously helped our team process, record, approve, modify, and export invoices to our accounting system. Before, invoices were often lost and, consequently, paid late. Stampli helps foster a positive working relationship with vendors, who could also easily check on the status of a payment within the Stampli platform. Business runs smooth and compliant utilizing Stampli.
Additionally, the chat feature with a live customer care representative is extremely handy. You receive immediate attention with an actual person who will help answer questions and guide you in the right path. Overall, wonderful software for all businesses who receive vendor invoices! A couple of hiccups we experienced using Stampli arose when we made edits to a vendor or customer name in our QuickBooks system because Stampli treated the edited vendor and customer name as new vendors and customers.Therefore, the history of transactions in Stampli were only showing under the old version of the name. Stampli is currently unable to make the change on the backend to move the transactions in batches from the old version to the new. The only option is to manually open every invoice and make the change there; however, our company has hundreds of transactions for each and cannot go this route due to time and cost restraints.
The second issue we have is when we have hundreds of invoices received from vendors in the later part of a period and it takes our staff extra time to get the invoice through the entire review process, which the invoice ends up missing the cut off period for export in QuickBooks. The problem is we close our books in QuickBooks then we need to change the date of many vendor invoices in Stampli to the first of the following, open month. Again, we have hundreds of invoices in this case and would like to see a batch option in the future to make for a quick and easy change to all invoice dates at once.

I've been using Stampli as the admin for our company for 3 months now, and I have to say – I absolutely love it! It’s made handling invoices and payments so much easier and way more organized.
The system is super easy to use, and it helps keep everything in one place. No more chasing down emails or wondering where an invoice stands. I can quickly check the status, send reminders, and get approvals without any hassle.
Another thing I really appreciate is the customer support – they’re always quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever we have questions, yeah, there have been some hiccups but overall, I am pleasently happy with it. One thing I do wish was better is the prepayments feature. We've found it a bit challenging to get it working the way we need, and it's taken more effort than expected to integrate it smoothly into our workflow. I love that we no longer have to print and mail checks. The service through Stampli is actually cheaper on a per check basis than it was sending them ourselves. I also love the ACH payment feature with Direct Pay. Also, the customer service is exceptional. One of the best aspects of using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish ACH payments would be deposited to our vendors a day or two earlier using direct pay. Typically, they are depoisted on the 5th business day after being approved for payment. Would love to see it go down to 3 days without having to expedite. The expedite is usually 1-2 days but 2 for all of the payments we've sent which isn't that many so far. Billy the bot already coding most of the invoices for me is so great especially with the volume that we deal with.
Customer Service is A1. Anytime I reach out with an issue they respond quick and always with a solution.

I like the ease of using Stampli and their customer Service. No matter what issues I have, Stampli Support team always has the answer. Its also a bonus to speak to a human instead of a robot (Billy the bot an exception). Overall Stampli has helped our team save time, reduce errors and improve the efficiency of our accounts payable process. When issues occur, it is easy to get someone via chat very quick, but getting your issue solved can take hours or days. Stampli simply solved our AP problem. My experience with their team and product has been exceptional from the introductory sales call through "go live", adding additional features (Vendor Management, Stampli Pay) and ongoing customer support. The integration with Sage Intacct is flawless, the best of of the handful of products that we integrate.
