What do you like best about Stampli?

I am the Director of Workforce Management with a Healthcare Group, my review is based on invoice tracking, approval, and team collaboration from all levels. Since signing on with Stampli, invoices have a clear streamline of heirarchy and organization! The onboarding process was a breeze and the system is extremely user friendly. I was hesitant about bringing my team on board as we have multiple hands approving and reviewing our invoices, but Stampli has exeeded the expectations and process. What do you dislike about Stampli?

Before using Stampli, the invoice management process in place lacked collaboration between all parties involved in reviewing and approving just 1 invoice. In my company, we have tens of invoices that come through a day, so it is extremely important to have a system in place that works for all levels from field staff all the way up to CFO. What do you like best about Stampli?

Stampli is a fantastic AP workflow software that is efficient and user-friendly. It has tremendously helped our team process, record, approve, modify, and export invoices to our accounting system. Before, invoices were often lost and, consequently, paid late. Stampli helps foster a positive working relationship with vendors, who could also easily check on the status of a payment within the Stampli platform. Business runs smooth and compliant utilizing Stampli.

Additionally, the chat feature with a live customer care representative is extremely handy. You receive immediate attention with an actual person who will help answer questions and guide you in the right path. Overall, wonderful software for all businesses who receive vendor invoices! What do you dislike about Stampli?

A couple of hiccups we experienced using Stampli arose when we made edits to a vendor or customer name in our QuickBooks system because Stampli treated the edited vendor and customer name as new vendors and customers.Therefore, the history of transactions in Stampli were only showing under the old version of the name. Stampli is currently unable to make the change on the backend to move the transactions in batches from the old version to the new. The only option is to manually open every invoice and make the change there; however, our company has hundreds of transactions for each and cannot go this route due to time and cost restraints.

The second issue we have is when we have hundreds of invoices received from vendors in the later part of a period and it takes our staff extra time to get the invoice through the entire review process, which the invoice ends up missing the cut off period for export in QuickBooks. The problem is we close our books in QuickBooks then we need to change the date of many vendor invoices in Stampli to the first of the following, open month. Again, we have hundreds of invoices in this case and would like to see a batch option in the future to make for a quick and easy change to all invoice dates at once.

What do you like best about Stampli?

I've been using Stampli as the admin for our company for 3 months now, and I have to say – I absolutely love it! It’s made handling invoices and payments so much easier and way more organized.

The system is super easy to use, and it helps keep everything in one place. No more chasing down emails or wondering where an invoice stands. I can quickly check the status, send reminders, and get approvals without any hassle.

Another thing I really appreciate is the customer support – they’re always quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever we have questions, yeah, there have been some hiccups but overall, I am pleasently happy with it. The setup process was smooth, and it works almost* perfectly with our ERP (NetSuite). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stampli?

One thing I do wish was better is the prepayments feature. We've found it a bit challenging to get it working the way we need, and it's taken more effort than expected to integrate it smoothly into our workflow. Stampli has helped us solve several key challenges in our accounts payable process, and the benefits have been huge. Before using Stampli, tracking invoices, approvals, and communication across departments was a bit of a headache. Things would get lost in email threads, and it was tough to know where an invoice stood at any given time.

With Stampli, everything is centralized and easy to track, which has eliminated confusion, reduced delays, and improved overall efficiency. The automated workflows ensure that invoices move through the approval process quickly and accurately, which helps us avoid late payments..

Another major benefit is the visibility Stampli provides. We now have real-time insight into our payables, making it easier to manage cash flow and plan ahead. Plus, the built-in communication tools have made it so much easier to collaborate with our team within the platform.

What do you like best about Stampli?

I love that we no longer have to print and mail checks. The service through Stampli is actually cheaper on a per check basis than it was sending them ourselves. I also love the ACH payment feature with Direct Pay. Also, the customer service is exceptional. One of the best aspects of using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stampli?

I wish ACH payments would be deposited to our vendors a day or two earlier using direct pay. Typically, they are depoisted on the 5th business day after being approved for payment. Would love to see it go down to 3 days without having to expedite. The expedite is usually 1-2 days but 2 for all of the payments we've sent which isn't that many so far. What do you like best about Stampli?

Billy the bot already coding most of the invoices for me is so great especially with the volume that we deal with.

Customer Service is A1. Anytime I reach out with an issue they respond quick and always with a solution.

What do you dislike about Stampli?

For me there is only one thing about Stampli that i dislike. I wouldn't say "dislike" though, I just wish there was a way to pull a AP aging schedule from the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Stampli has solved invoice management for us in a huge way. The platform made it easy to get approvals from all departments just by the click of a button.

What do you like best about Stampli?

Stampli looks good and is a easy program to use. The interface is easy to navigate and it truely does streamline payables well. Customer service is quick to answer via chat and alwasy friendly and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stampli?

When issues occur, it is easy to get someone via chat very quick, but getting your issue solved can take hours or days. I do wish there was a way to talk to someone on the phone when you need help adn not just chat as it can take a long time going back and forth on each issue. We love our invoices as well as credit card hcarges are all in the same place for our project managers to view and approve. We also love that all copies of invoices are extreamly easy to find on the site for every employee and the center notes section helps with communication reguarding holds and history of invoices which we really ebnefit from in the cnstruction industry. What do you like best about Stampli?

As someone who has switched from Concur Invoice, I like the communication tools and interface of the entire platform the most. It is relatively easy to set up and gives the option of making it an even more useful tool in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stampli?

The initial setup requires a fair amount of effort, but it's so easy you don't need IT. Also, the PO side of the platform still has room for improvement. It will take a minute before we can figure out how to best use different PO matching scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Stampli has really transformed our accounts payable process from using a lacking Concur Invoice. It has helped us tackle some major issues like team collaboration. Before we started using Stampli, we had a our time getting approvals done because the communication tool was so poor. Now, everything is easily tied together and it gives us real time updates on every invoice and even gives visibility to the vendors.

Like previously mentioned, the communication feature has been a game-changer by eliminating either no approvals or unlinked emails and chats. With Stampli, all questions and clarifications related to invoices are tracked and resolved within the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Stampli?

Stampli simply solved our AP problem. My experience with their team and product has been exceptional from the introductory sales call through "go live", adding additional features (Vendor Management, Stampli Pay) and ongoing customer support. The integration with Sage Intacct is flawless, the best of of the handful of products that we integrate. Vendor management including collection of necessary documentation (COIs, W-9s). Payments: with Stampli we have stopped mailing checks and sending wire transfers. What do you like best about Stampli?

The system is very easy to use to process payments, both for accounting and payees. The integration of corporate card management and charge recording makes it even better! And the support is first-rate. The functionality of multiple approval processes while maintaining internal controls consistent with company policy is exceptional as well. Also, because of the freed up time, although I am still busy, my job scope has shifted ever so slightly - the invoice review has more focus when before that time had to be used for data entry; It allows for the work I produce to be checked for errors before production of payments.
