The workflow is unmatched. I love the ease of use for brands, creators and collaborators. Each portal is easy to use and talk to each other so easily. As a brand, we utilize the collaborator side for our legal team. It makes it extremely easy for them to jump in and review without getting caught up in the bells and whistles in the regular brand side account. When I led agency practices, it was really easy to use collaborator for brand partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With any platform, no workflow is going to 100% match the companies using it but I will say Tagger comes pretty dark close. Whenever we have ideas to make it even easier for us we have seen those ideas turned into future road map opportunities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool had great visualizations and easy to use UI. It also allowed for building custom reports and setting up campaigns. Really helpful overall to dive deeper into social performance and trends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Doing analysis at scale was not straight forward and created churn. Would like to see more improvements on that front to make users self sufficient for the most part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When some of the creators have incorrect locations which doesn't sort them while in discovery Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tagger has an intuitive interface that allows for quick and easy use. My org primarily uses Tagger for influencer identification, but I also find their social listening capabilities (through ther influencer network) helpful and fascinating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only tricky thing with Tagger (like many of its competitors) is that it does so much, it can be overwhelming to try and learn how to use the entire product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tagger is a great program for finding influencers, our agency uses it often to source talent for various campaigns.
Tagger has a better flow, better interface, and a bit more readability than other influencer platforms that we've experimented with in the past
Tagger often delivers curated groups of influencers that are helpful when launching influencer campaigns around initiatives
Some of the data that Tagger scrapes for influencers is very useful for assessing metrics like audience, engagement rate, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tagger can sometimes lack accounts (brands, influencers, etc.) at the mid level (which is tough because lots of brands want micro/mini influencers
Historical data is so important, and when you add a brand, the data starts pulling. Obviously this is a technical limitation but it would be nice to partner with some sort of historical data integration that could help know more about past performance
