The inter-face is intuitive and easy to use, which compared to other platforms I've used is a big win for myself and my team who is in the engine every day. Additionally, the Tagger team has been very responsive and if we have issues (which does happen) the team addresses them based on our areas of concern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There does seem to be some bugs throughout the platform - nothing too critical but definitely not perfect. I will say, I'd like the platform to have more of an automative content tracking feature that tracks all coverage from a brand's profile without needing the influencers to opt in or sign up.
