Exceptional Customer Service:
One of the most striking aspects of Tagger is the unparalleled customer service. The team is not just responsive but genuinely accommodating, ensuring that any questions or concerns are addressed promptly and with a personal touch. This level of care greatly enhances the overall user experience.
Intuitive Signals System:
Tagger’s Signals system is a game-changer. It's not only intuitive but also intelligently designed, making it effortless to identify key trends and insights. This feature is particularly useful for staying ahead in the dynamic world of influencer marketing, allowing for data-driven decisions with ease.
User-Friendly Interface:
The ease of use of the user interface in Tagger deserves special mention. It’s clear, intuitive, and requires minimal learning curve, which is a breath of fresh air in the often complex digital marketing landscape. This simplicity does not sacrifice functionality, making it a perfect blend of efficiency and sophistication.
Readable Campaign Dashboard:
Lastly, the campaign dashboard's clarity and readability are outstanding. The layout is thoughtfully designed, making it easy to monitor and analyze the progress of various campaigns. This level of clarity in presentation helps in making quick, informed decisions, which is crucial for successful marketing campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While my experience with Tagger has been predominantly positive, there are a few areas that could benefit from enhancement. At times, the software's advanced features can be somewhat overwhelming for beginners, and a more comprehensive onboarding process or tutorials would be appreciated. Tagger is extremely user-friendly. Besides the interface already being easy to navigate, they have a ton of resources and step-by-step guides to learn how to best use the resources for your needs. Not only do they have an incredible learning platform, but they also have a phenomenal customer support team that is willing to drop everything to get your issue resolved. The reps or account managers, in my experience, are timely and eager to help. I use Tagger almost every day in my role as a Social Media Strategist to implement influencer campaigns with my clients, and it is super easy to integrate into your already existing workflow. I love that it helps you source the best influencers for a certain topic or client and easily breaks down the entire influencer campaign process with features to make it easy to pull off. There are only a few limitations about Tagger that have been bothersome. One is the paid Meta integration into the influencer campaign, which can be extremely finicky because of Meta's complex backend and must have certain access in the ad accounts to connect, etc. Besides that, some of the tiny nuances of the custom reports can be finicky, but once you get the hang of it, it's easy to use. Not to mention they take their feedback very seriously. If you point something out that doesn't work or make sense as a user, they will escalate it and change it if that's the case for multiple people, it's amazing. Tagger is really a top software for talent/influencer/celebrity and brand research, discovery, tracking, reporting and strategic data and talent research. One of the bnest things about it is how easy it is to use, the UI is seamless and makes work even faster. Our team have been using it more and more, and with the Tagger training offered and level of customer service attention, they will be trained in no time. The reporting features are excellent as they also allow us to make retrospective reports with some added value intel for our clients, even if we don't have full back end access. And I love that we can also look at brand social channels to study competiors or brands for pitches to determine the best strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As with any tech, sometimes there can be glitches with the product data or tracking, discrepancies etc. but this is why a human eye is needed to flag to the support team who are very quick to investigate, fix, update or rectify. This is one of Tagger's best qualities, it's teams and ability to support and offer help where needed. I do also think agger could be stronger if they integrated more data points such as Spotify listening trends and Snapchat, as well as the ability to manually edit talent descriptions when creating a collaborator discovery list review. As an agency, we're constantly vetting new platforms to see what the latest features are. We weren't one to stick with one platform too long as we were very open to adopting new platforms that allowed our team to become more efficient.
We partnered with Tagger back in 2018 and haven't found any platform that can compete with its robust search filters, analytics, and customer support.
Search filters: Tagger's database has around 6MM (and counting) accounts that you can easily filter to find the creators AND audience you'd like to target for your next campaign. The platform allows you to filter based on the creators' profiles such as their categories, location, affinities, platforms, audience size, and gender. However, almost every influencer discovery platform has this capability. One of the strongest features is the ability to search based on the creators' audience demographics such as the percentage of their audience being a certain gender or age, within a certain location, or speaking a certain language.
Analytics: Reporting is crucial for agencies regardless if it's a weekly, biweekly, monthly, or even quarterly cadence. Rather than sifting through between Google Analytics, FB/IG/Youtube/Twitter, Google Sheets, etc., you can do it all from the Tagger platform. It saves our agency crucial hours that we can now spend on managing clients rather than reporting.
Customer Support: The Tagger team has always been helpful with team trainings when we had first signed on (we've created training manuals for new hires so we don't need to rely on them for this anymore). However, one of the highlights of their support team is that they'll actually help assist in finding creators for a specific campaign if you're having some trouble. They're essentially an extension of your team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There really isn't anything I dislike about the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is super easy to use and straightforward. It goes beyond influencer discovery. Their strongest offerings are the Signals reports for competitive analysis, determining the best creator for your campaign, looking at averages across metrics, etc. We also have a great relationship with our Tagger rep. He is patient with the many questions that come across daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They could definitely improve their influencer discovery tool. They have a great roster of individuals on their platform, however, when you're looking for specific influencers based on a certain niche, demo, etc. a lot of the results that filter in are spam accounts. It's user-friendly. I'm not always the quickest to adopt new tech, but Tagger was easy to adopt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At this moment, I cannot think of something I dislike about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that I am able to filter to a specific location and find content creators that are local in that area. I also love that Tagger is able to create simple layots for Influencer profiles. I would like to see more creators being added to the database in African regions. I feel as if it is currently very limited creators available in this specific location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What gets measures gets managed! The dashboard felt like a Mission Control panel where I could begin to make sense of what was going on with my brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing bad to report, I had a pretty solid experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
