The most helpful: being able to not only categorize talent but categorize their audience as well and narrow down from there. LDA and Brand Safe capabilities are a fantastic touch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One downside: The content on each influencer's page is not the most recent or the most updated - if you go to their profile it is usually a few weeks behind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of creating reports on campaigns is outstanding. Properly tagged content automatically comes in. Reports and report templates are easy to set up. I output multiple campaign reports each week because they take about 10 seconds to produce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The official way to manage creator content puts a heavy burden of email notifications and asks on the creators. But you can just pull in the published post and not go through the back and forth if you wish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tagger is incredibly easy to use. With the customer care provided (one-on-one training!) I was able to pick it up quickly and smoothly. They're also always on hand to help. It has 24-hour on-call help in case there are any questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The limitations of the API will sometimes mean that there needs to be manual uploads of elements of campaigns. Still, as I understand it, this is a limitation of the social platforms and not actually of Tagger itself. Because you can still manually add in the content, it still analyses and collates the data and can churn out a really beautiful report in seconds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tagger is very helpful at helping me pull influencers for the clients that I work with. The platform provides good insights and analytics on the influencers channels and content performance. I haven't used this function yet, but the platform lets you run the entire campaign which makes it easier to manage everything in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish Tagger would pull more data from other platforms than just the standard ones. I also wish their report builder would be easier to navigate and organize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tagger Media has an excellent support team that dives deep into your brand to understand your challenges and goals, then works alongside you throughout the entire process. I can't say enough great things about the people! The platform is beneficial for identifying key influencers in a target geographic region, demographic, the platform they use most....you name it, Tagger can filter and search for it! We found conversion in influencers posting on our behalf to be a huge hurdle. As a small startup brand, we cannot compensate influencers as much as the Nike and Apples of the world, so we saw a lack-luster result of online sharing/tagging. Ultimately, that's why we had to leave the platform, as that was our biggest KPI and reason for trying Tagger - online sharing and word-of-mouth advertising. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how easy it is to find a group of influencers that aligns well with my brand's specific needs (whether we're trying to reach an audience in a particular target geographic area, looking for a home baker with a great reach and engagement rate, etc.). Ease of use was key for us, and Tagger delivered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes we weren't seeing responses in the platform and would have to reach out directly, but that was an easy workaround since the heavy lifting of finding the right influencer to reach out to was done by the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everytime I needed some help to find information from influencers or campaigns I had with a ground of influencers I used tagger and had a great experience. If I had any issue, I could count on the tagger team for help, it was really amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the information is not so clear and I need to dig into it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the interface of the system and how easy Tagger is to use when sourcing for content creators! The best part is being able to filter by so many different topics, categories, platforms, following count, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't been able to use Tagger up to its full potential, such as contracting and negotiating rates within the platform, but I'm sure there are always pros and cons to using a 3rd party platform like Tagger. It just depends on the agency's preference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The bank of influencers and creators from different platforms is vast. However, if you are looking for a particular niche of folks, it would be best to work with their team to find what you are looking for. Also, most of it will be on US, Canadian and European influencers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you are looking for other regions, you might not find the platform helpful. You are better off finding a different and more local platform for yourself. They will help you out, but I think you might do well doing your own digging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tagger has qualified results when searching for influencers. The platform is extremely user-friendly and you are able to adjust your results efficiently. I have been able to find influencers that I would have never been able to search for on my own with the use of the affinity tool. I greatly appreciate the opportunity to educate our clients on the audience demographic tools and authentic follower analysis that Tagger offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish Tagger had the opportunity to create a recap report after your campaign has ended to compare your influencer's analytics. This would help our analytics team after the campaign has ended gather insights more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
