Tools for casting and searching are very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes filters are difficult to use or do not show good results for locations or type of content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My teams are hyper focused on KPIs and benchmarks. Tagger shows benchmarks for all active platforms for each influencer. It helps us compare our content amongst influencers and allows us to be smarter with benchmarks. I also love how clean the platform is and how easy it is to filter and sort. The homepage of Tagger isn't my favorite. It's a little clunky and doesn't do a great job showcasing how wonderful the platform is! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use all day to find creators, create campaigns, and have insights if I'm choosing the proper creator or not for my clients.
UI is super friendly, and it's super easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes you need to add some creators manually, fix wrong Categories or other information about the influencer like merge Instagram + Twitter from the same people.

This is an incredible platform with access to millions of influencer / KOL profiles, stats and content from around the globe.
With API access to all of the major Social platforms, I can quickly view and decide which Influencers / KOls to add to my campaign, and then their unified reporting gives me instant access to my campaign updates and performnce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's tough to fault this platform; it's head and shoulders above the competition.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Influencer discovery tools as well as the insight provided on the audience insights (such as the age, gender, and engagement rate). With the high number of profiles on-page, we can quickly analyze the audience insight and see if it will be an excellent fit for our clients. Also, the customer service from Vuk is amazing that he is so approachable and always can solve our problems with his efficient reply and also update on the trend. The insight for Youtube could be better, such as including the average engagement rate and view times, or overall monthly performance of the YouTuber as reference. Also, the categories of the influencers are not too accurate, that even with the suggested influencers, it might not be in the same category as what we hope for. Therefore it might lead to a longer exploring time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is very intuitive with very good support both in the online knowledge base as well as from the team directly.
Campaign Analysis, Organic Performance, Audience Data is all easy to pull for our exclusive talent, and we use the report section to create bespoke media kits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The automatic notifications within campaign management; it would be great if these could be turned off and then notifications sent at a time the campaign manager chooses, it would also be good to send a single notification for multiple pieces of content rather than one per draft which can quickly fill an inbox for a large campaign.
It can be very frustrating to have everything move around on a report when you go back into edit it, even though you have previously locked all the elements.
It would also be helpful if the user could lock the default view for campaigns as constantly needing to change from ascending to descending and apply filters to look at just active campaigns does waste time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tagger is an amazing tool for managing social media campaigns-- it allows you to pull reports, check on the status of posts, analyze data, shows demographics, and other really helpful information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the discovery tool needs a lot of work. I have trouble trusting the discovery tool because sometimes I find that just searching google for (ex: "Miami Influencers") is honestly more helpful-- this has happened a couple of times. The discovery tool just misses a lot of profiles and is often misses the mark on getting the location of the influencer right, which is extremely important for some campaigns. I also think that the discovery tool needs to have a checkmark or some indication that you have already viewed their profile. It would make it much easier not to have to see all the profiles that you have already seen, or worse yet, click on a profile and waste time trying to remember why they didn't work out. I can do demographic analysis, disaster check, and influencer curation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Well-defined niches and full demographic analysis for tik tok Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the explore functionality and the different filters you can use. It's excellent how specific and granular you can get with it. We've seen great success in finding great influencers on the platform via the explore feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of my least favorite things about Tagger is the email inbox. It isn't very clear and, unfortunately, not super clean. You can set up different campaigns in Tagger, but the email inbox is just one large inbox, so it can be challenging to see what campaign each influencer is in. The inbox is also supposed to forward to Gmail, but I've sometimes had issues where the messages don't go to my gmail, causing delayed responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think that the influencer base could be expanded in the "low-price" range as well as the categories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
