It is fantastic for understanding the demographics of potential partners' audiences, as well as growth both in real time and retrospectively for campaign reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes there are gaps in the data for social profiles, and it is hard to get a cohesive view of a partner's audience across channels, rather than on an individual network Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that Tagger makes me a ton of options to work. I can search influencers, view their general analytics, choose them for a campaign, contact them through the site and run the campaign, including the influencer's content, chat with them and the client, etc. It´s a complete site with incredible administration experience and campaign monitoring. When I need to know every single piece of influencer's analytics, the site can't bring me all of this information, just a few. Also, when I add a new profile to my campaign, it doesn't warn me if the same Instagram profile was there or when I send a new e-mail to all my influencer's list, it doesn't warn me if they don't have an email assign to their profile. All of these made me work twice because I need to look at every single profile to know if they have an e-mail assigned or have duplicated profiles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Discovery mode and influencer analytics are helpful, especially the breakdown of LDA compliant audiences and engagement rates by overall engagements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Collecting collaborator feedback is based on notes, instead of a Yes/No approval. Also, the process of managing entire campaigns is very difficult to grasp. We've done the walkthrus but have yet to use these features due to the overwhelming nature of the process. Reels feedback isn't available, and signing in as a team is very difficult when verification codes need to be put in EVERY single time someone logs in, even though the codes are sent to another person. I love how Tagger connects multiple platforms and just added TikTok into their analysis options. The staff has also been great and are always willing to jump on a call to help out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the site is really slow, I'm not sure if it's my network or Tagger, but other tabs work so maybe Tagger. I will have to quit out and go back in a lot. I also wish their was a way to get better analytics from creators who have not signed up for Tagger. I get there are privacy and data concerns, but it would be great if we could get engagement rates for all professional Instagram accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the fact Tagger is always updating their platform and transparent about what is coming down the pipeline. This assists agencies like ours in planning and how we use the platform.
There are multiple things about this platform I love but also that we do not use to it's full potential - one of my favourite things to combat this is the Tagger staff. Wow. We always feel supported and we know this team doesn't sell in the platform and leave you high and dry. We are 2+ years in and love the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At times, like any app, there are glitches within the system. At times it is difficult to pull through some audience demographics.
I also love they have a large amount of creators on the platform but wish they had more Canadian focused creators. It is heavily American. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When sifting through an extensive list of influencers, I like how Tagger allows me to preview the stats of each influencer, flick through the most relevant content before needing me to open a new tab or navigate away. Tagger includes many different filters to help me refine my search to only have the talent that best suits my campaign. I primarily use Tagger for influencer discovery and ID. For larger campaigns with several different themes, I can use the label tool to sort my influencer picks by size, by interest group, or by campaign name- for example, categorizing influencers by foodies or by chefs for a food/restaurant client, can keep my influencer lists organized and pull insights from those influencers based on their categories. I don't love Tagger's one-sheets; I think there are influencer vetting platforms with better templates and visualizations. I would recommend that anyone use two influencer tools to ensure that you can cross-reference the performance data, especially for the location. It does take a while to verify the real audience score. I do wish it was easier to update or add influencers to the tool. For example, when pages are not automatically updated, you might be directed to an influencer Instagram account that no longer exists and is pulling in the incorrect data. Being able to see the popularity of artists and influencer, and to see if they are popular in certain countries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The datapull can be inconsistent at times. When I add new sites (youtube page, twitter, tiktok, etc) it doesnt load immediately. Wish there was more info on TikTok Stats as well (currently tiktok country data is limited to the top few countries.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the ability to filter by location, number of followers, and using keywords. The about section of each influencer, which includes influencers' contact information, also makes it easier for us to reach out for potential opportunities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The location is not always accurate. I wish there was a like or dislike feature, so we can quickly group we didn't like and other we liked. There's a way to do this with labels, but there are too many steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The use cases beyond just influencer management is what sets Tagger apart. It surfaces virtually any profile on social channels, so I often use it to gather quick insights about brands, competitors, or even cultural trends quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No major dislikes. I suppose even more analytics views and stats would be great, but compared to other similar platforms, I can't think of anything that it's missing or falls short on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
