It's often unclear which team will be going to the event itself until quite late & the cost is high compared with competitors - for this reason it would be nice for all the features to be included in 1 package rather than tiered pricing with added costs for new features.
I would recommend the account management team have much closer contact with us to make us aware of exactly what services you offer. Recently our travel team went elsewhere for badge production not knowing Spot Me did this, and we would have used Spot Me if we had known. When we checked on the website it wasn't clear too. Great support upfront and during the event, all specifications that we needed for our event could be customized in the app. Workshop documentation, Social Wall, Feedback etc. It was super easy to use and with the support by the Spotme team everything could be implemented. The design was adjusted to our Event and we used the app during the event all day long. Download and integration was easy. App could be used on private and business phones.
