**What do you like best about SpotMe?**

What I like most about SpotMe is how it turns events from passive experiences into genuinely interactive, data-driven engagements.

The platform really stands out in three ways:

It makes audience participation feel natural rather than forced. Whether it’s live polls, Q&A, or networking, everything is built to keep people involved throughout the session instead of just watching slides.

It brings everything into one connected experience. Instead of juggling multiple tools, SpotMe combines engagement, content delivery, and analytics in a single environment, which makes both the attendee and organiser experience smoother.

And on top of that, the insight side is strong. The ability to see real-time engagement data and post-event analytics helps teams actually understand what worked and what didn’t, so events keep improving over time rather than repeating the same format.

I wish it had easy integration with SFMC

**What problems is SpotMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From a practical point of view, it replaces the need to juggle multiple disconnected tools for registration, live interaction, content delivery, and post-event reporting. 

For me personally, the benefit is mainly efficiency and clarity. It saves time during setup and coordination, reduces dependency on multiple tools, and gives me actionable data after the event. That means I can focus more on designing better experiences rather than managing logistics, and continuously improve how events are delivered based on actual engagement data.

Great for networking and as an event guide, especially for getting to know who the attendees and speakers are. It’s also very useful for scanning people as they arrive at the event, and for checking in attendees to a special session.

Interactive app to ensure a unified and seamless integration of our events with customers. Easy to access and to navigate. It's integrated with our CRM, so we can see automatically our customers that have attended the events and the content they've interacted with.

I would say allowing better interactivity specially in small workshops were it cannot be integrated in to the PPT, needing a specific and dedicated technician to run surveys and live-polls.

All participants received all the helpful information needed to navigate through the meeting spaces (e.g. room names, facilitator names) and throughout the event any logistical information and FAQs. SpotMe is awesome! The interface is really customizable, ena bling us configure specific pages to fit our needs. Their support team is fantastic too – with fast turnaroudns on changes and really knowledgeable of how to present particular pieces of information. The project we've completed with SpotMe has been delivered without any hiccups. Highly recommend it for anyone needing a flexible and reliable event management app/tool!

We didn't have any negative experiences with SpotMe for this specific meeting - they executed on time and at a high level of accuracy.

SpotMe is delivers on several key requirements for us - including offering high customizability, which allows us to create a personalized event experience that reflects our brand and meet our audience's needs. It also integrates numerous pieces of functionality like registration, agenda management, live polling, and networking features into a single cohesive tool, streamlining event workflow and saving time. Additionally, their quick to respond and knowledgeable support teams ensure any issues are quickly resolved, allowing our events to run smoothly. Easy to use and the support team is great.  They are real people and problem solvers.
PLEASE NOTE:  ANY features I have not used I ranked as 1 - becasue there was not a N/A option in the survey, not becasue of disatisfaction.

The necessity for the QR code for check in to be within the app.  But I also understand the necessity for it.

**What problems is SpotMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The new session check in feature within SpotMe was a great solution for our event.  We had to check in 200+ people in 15 minutes - AND an unexpected rainstorm caused us to have to quickly move our registration.  This would have been far messier and more diffucult using other check in methods.  We were able to move our check in staff and QR code signs into the etnry of our rain space within a minute and witrhout disruption to our event. Our SpotMe support team was able to share this solution and we were able to implemetns it easily just two weeks prior to the event.

The SpotMe Support Team is the best part of SpotMe. If I ever had a question that I couldn't find the answer to in one of their helpful guides, I was able to quickly connect with a Team member. They were always able to quickly answer my questions and resolve any problems I had.

I wish there was a way to link Speakers with user accounts so that attendees could chat and saemlessly connect with the Speakers.

SpotMe has made it easy to connect with our event attendees and provide them with live updates. There are opportunities to connect, network, and gain information, all in one location on a device that everyone has, their cell phone. It helped make our event a success!

Content can be customised - we had 3 different versions of agenda, and they can all fit in!

Not really.
We hadn't tried, but were not so sure about letting people post on the app freely, because we will need someone to moderate on a timely manner.

It's very useful, easy to use, and to understand the platform, also if you have any questions the help they provide is accurate, fast, and nice.
You have so many options to provide a great experience to your customers, many features can be automated, and that saves you time.

The only thing that can be a pain is whenever you are learning to use it, the path you have to follow to upload materials can be complicated.

We wanted to create an omnichannel experience. So we were having in-person events but wanted to complement them with an app to generate more interactions, to provide people with materials that could be useful, certificates, and the opportunity to ask questions at any moment, and with spotme we were able to offer those things and even more.

**What do you like best about SpotMe?**

Great support upfront and during the event, all specifications that we needed for our event could be customized in the app. Workshop documentation, Social Wall, Feedback etc. It was super easy to use and with the support by the Spotme team everything could be implemented. The design was adjusted to our Event and we used the app during the event all day long.  Download and integration was easy. App could be used on private and business phones.

Nothing so far. I was super happy about the app and the support.

We could manage the entire employee event via this app (guest management, agenda, directions to the event, workshop documentation, event feedback).

The team- the support. One of my favorite aspects is how it integrates all the details in one place, allowing me to focus on what really matters- creating a great experience for everyone.

I wouldn't say I dislike this feature but I wish there was a way around it. When I'm working on an event I don't have time to sit down at the computer to make updates backstage. I wish I could work backstage from the app.

The things that the like best are:
- The ability to totally customize the application in real time

To reach a score of 10, only one disruptive feature is missing.

The solution allowed us to have a mobile application ready to use in a few weeks. Developing it would have taken us months of work and we would not have had the full functionality of Spotme.

**What do you like best about SpotMe?**

We use SpotMe as a learning platform for flagman regional project, at it shows wonderful results on engagement in our long-term hybrid program. We use SpotMe workspaces on daily basis with different levels of intensity during 2nd year now. 
I like various possibilities to customize templates and navigation, possibility to import and export data, access to interactive dashboard, bulk email sending option and ability to upload content inside, incl. videos. 
Cooperation with SpotMe team is very open and straight-forward, implementation of new workspace happens very soon. It's also easy for user to install the app by a few clicks. Integration of users goes intuitively and smoothly as well.  
We were also using service of SpotMe manager support for 3 months, and it was amazing at ease cooperation, ideation and mutual understanding. 
I also always appretiate that SpotMe support answers within 1 min and you are sure you will get qualitive help shortly.

**What do you dislike about SpotMe?**

We have been using SpotMe for the second year now, and there are some downsides, e.g. created menu items cannot be ever deleted and in case of copying the workspace it might be very confusing; comments thread become hidden and you need to make 3 additional clicks to access it, which disengage people to asnwer in a comment thread; when creating a post "body" field is not visible from front-end and all the input should be included in title only. 
However, this doesn't impact expirience with SpotMe workspaces tremendously.

With SpotMe we improved content access, information & learning process representation, networing between participants and personolised communication.

**What do you like best about SpotMe?**

The app was straightforward for me to use - from both participant's and admin's perspectives! The possibility of changing it due to our event's needs was super fun and useful - adding new features was fast and caused no trouble. Due to the app participants of the event were very engaged. It was easy for me to follow their actions (and to monitor if their prework was done already) and it made the whole thing more powerful as participants will remember not only the event itself but also the thrill of gamification. 

The support of our Project Manager was also very helpful, as she guided us step by step on what is possible in the app.

**What do you dislike about SpotMe?**

The best part of Spot Me turned out also to be its flaw. People got so engaged in gaining points that they sometimes lost the sense of what was important during the event. Some kind of limitations of points gained during one day or certain activities would be useful. Moreover, the presentation of points was a plain table - I would appreciate more visuals to choose from.

Instant contact with the platform users, the possibility to inform them about the changes quickly. Moreover, people appreciate that all the info about the event is in one place.

I like that it allows for so much personalization - from Agendas to the design. I also really like that it offers a lot of engagement opportunities such as live polling, surveys, Q&A, and activity challenges. It's awesome and is a great way to keep everyone entertained and connected!

I wish there was a better Leaderboard display so that you have more options to show it off in real-time.

There have been a few technical issues that have been looked into when it comes to live polling and showing the response. I was once in an event and it the responses did not populate in real-time which was awkward. But SpotMe has looked into that and it hasn't happened since.

SpotMe is an easy platform to use.  It is customizable and changes can be made very quickly. The project managers that I've been assigned to are also extremely helpful, and respond to any questions or concerns within a timely manner.

The live steaming is delayed, so when using the polling feature, you need to take that into account.

The app has been a great addition for our hybrid all employee training we hold annually. It allows virtual attendees a great avenue to participate, but also has a lot of great features overall for any type of attendee to utilize. Working with the project manager to get the app up and running for the event is pain free and their support during the week of was invaluable.

When new to the platform, backstage can be a little tricky to navigate and find where to make edits to content.

The live wall is a good start and worked well for our event but features could be added to make it truly great.

It can be difficult to create and execute highly detailed agendas for events. SpotMe gives me confidence that we will be able to target sessions to attendees in whatever way necessary to acheive perfectly tailored and customized agendas per user. The gamification is also highly customizable and multiple leaderboards can be displayed in the app at once. For example, top regions, top teams, top tables, as well the standard top individuals.

**What do you like best about SpotMe?**

SpotMe is extremely user friendly and intuitive both as the app user and building on  the back end. The Backstage platform is simple to navigate, add your content, and make any changes as needed in realtime.  Extensive tutorials are provided, which came in handy multiple times throughout the build out process. The layout is beautiful, options for personalizing the app seem endless, and the many reporting functions are extremely helpful. 

Our event attendees all loved the app and the features provided such as; QR codes for connecting and networking with others, a photo challenge feed, personal messaging, interactive maps of the conference center and personalized agendas.

My team had only 2 weeks to roll out an app for a large scale event, and Barry DeBois as our Project Manager was a life saver! He walked us through the build out with his teammate Kari, went above and beyond working and supporting us outside normal business hours, and was extremely communicative through the whole process. When we had very last minute changes he was quick to build out and update these more complicated aspects we wanted. 

I highly recommend the SpotMe app, team, and working with Barry, I hope to do so again in the future for any of our app needs.

I struggle to find any dislikes about SpotMe.

SpotMe was the conductor of our entire event. It made it very simple to notify attendees of what was happening, when, and where. Without the app we would've required to send a huge group of people and physical media to pull off this event. SpotMe saved us time, money, and man hours.

This was my first time using SpotMe and while it was a steep learning curve, there are great online tools to walk you through the different aspects of the backstage, event creation, and app. When I did come across problems that I couldn't find answers to in the online tools, I was able to get very swift assistance via the SpotMe chat tool. This was also helpful during the event itself.

It does require some comfort around digital products, codes, and a lot of time to get to grips with the many aspects to the backstage - but learning these will help you to make a great, personalised event.

How to conduct events to a global audience in a way that allows people from different timezones to catch up at a more convenient hour after the event is over.

How easy it is to make changes on the fly. It's so crucial for us with the speed at which things happen on site to be able to seamlessly do updates without our participants even noticing. I also love how personalized the experience can be regardless of how many attendees you have - between personalized agendas, targeted messages, and the ability to partition parts of the app, it made customization a dream.

I do wish we ahd the ability to recall or change notifications after they have gone out.

For some of the projects, the project management support could have been better. it was proactive, however relied a lot on user involvement rather than the ownership by SpotMe team; which made it slightly stressful for the users at few times. Uually it is not the case with SpotMe

**What do you like best about SpotMe?**

SpotMe is an excellent resource we've utilized for 3 distinct products over 3 different years (6+ iterations total).  In each case the support we've gotten has made this well worth the effort and we've found spot me to be great for in person, virtual and totally customized hybrid events.  This is also a very easy product to update.  For example if we need to change wording, or a grammar mistake, it's nearly an instantaneous update.

**What do you dislike about SpotMe?**

There is limited that goes wrong, and the support we've gotten clears issues up within a week.  Our only issues have appeared with activity challenges (gamification), which is used by about 1,000 students.  In about 1% of cases a student has an issue that is cleaned up within 2-3 days.

**What problems is SpotMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need an efficient way to reach out to candidates on a more consistent and long term basis.  Our cost per participant is less than the cost of a meal per person for many events and that would scale to even less as we grow.
