Very simple, uncomplicated CRM.

The best part about this CRM is the integration with Microsoft Exchange - MailSync and Calendar are great. Pricing is also very fair with a good range of packages Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like very much for its excellent and great interface, allowing us to have a clear and precise focus of the entire sales process that manages my business, it also allows me to be able to automate numerous processes in order to achieve excellent results and be more productive. I can also say that I really liked the price of this software, although it seems a little low for all the functions it has.
I also liked the process of implementation, configuration and training that was given to us by the technical assistance team of this software remotely, which felt as if they were present. The ease of use! it really is simple to use, and very easy to navigate throughout the menu`s. As i work in the sales department the ability to display widget reports on my dashboard, on the total amount of sales for the week/month and year is a massive advantage. Loading times of pages sometimes being slow , being unable to colour graphs within widgets for each individual user so it is easier to differentiate which user is performing better if it was based on a sales chart. not really much else to complain about, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One area which I feel could be improved would be when a task for our sales team is set, if they could receive a reminder on the day that the task is due as opposed to just getting the email saying that they have been set a task on the date it has been set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
