I enjoy the practicality of the system, the quantifiable cost and the ease of use. As demands change within my business the flexibility of the system allows me to alter it accordingly in an easy manner without waiting for external support. And when I do make a silly misrtake - support are there to fix it and are always happy to do so. Thants why I have introduced this system to 3 seperate companys! I enjoyed the simplicity of this system, its really easy to understand and use. I particularly liked the way I could store all my contacts details in an easy to access format, it is also simple to update information to each contact. In storing my information this way my business partner and I can share information from a distance. The support system via email contact was fantastic, Chris responded to my enquiry within minutes and it was actioned immediately, I was impressed!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use, capture and recording of all customer interaction means we can retain our high levels of customer service without having to maintain different sales order, technical ticketing or marketing systems. All communication with our customers are in a single point, so our sales team can see if / when orders have been provisioned and place follow up calls / mailshots. This product needs no training, as it's so intuitive and as it's web based needs no implementation either. Easy to add and change fields and drop down. The support desk were friendly and helpful, they really knew what they were doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
