We may have a unique situation but they didn't really have a licensing option that fit our needs. My account rep was able to help me figure out an option that worked best for our needs but it wasn't totally straight forward. I do want to specify that we didn't end up paying for a lot of options that we won't use, but I wouldn't have been able to properly sign up without some help. Minor issue overall. Spin fills a huge gap for us, as a small organization without tech expertise. We depend on the peace of mind that are files are backed-up, and that are entire Google environment has extra safety measures in place - and the total ease of integration. What I Like Best About SpinOne: Seamless Backup Browsing and Restoration, Plus Ransomware Protection. The implementation went very smooth and only took 1 or 2 hours. Support answered quickly my questions and guided me to automate more. Its not someting I use/check daily but via email I get notfications when it needs my attention.
