What do you like best about Spectrm?

Onboarding was great, friendly and provides everything to get started. Tool itself was impressive and easy to use and Spectrm was helpful to adjust it based on the use case at hand. My favourite part was mapping out different user journeys and how chatbot would react. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spectrm?

Recommendations to others considering Spectrm:

It's very easy and pretty self explanatory to draft & send out messages, especially once you've played around with it and figured out how to work each tool. Staff is always easy to contact if you should ever run into any bumps on the road. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spectrm?

Very smooth, self-explanatory access to building Messaging Chatbots yourself. After initially learning the basic functions, one can easily build great Chatbot conversations for Facebook Messenger. Still, if there is an issue with one of the platform's functions, Spectrm's staff is beyond helpful and will support you with the best Do's and Dont's. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reporting gets a little difficult over a long time span -one small thing that still has to be fixed in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With Spectrm's help, we created a variety of Chatbot campaigns for big clients of ours (B2C communication campaigns).
