Berbix is easy to use and very intuitive. It has yet to make a mistake in matching a customer's ID to their selfie photo. I can easily zoom in on pictures that are uploaded to confirm their identity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At times I need to manually approve a customer's identity when the photo is taken from too far away or if it's slightly blurry. If the photo can be enlarged in these cases it would be clearer if it's a proper ID or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
