I love that I can post to GBP profiles in addition to the major social networks, all in one post. I can customize the content for each platform all within one screen. I used a couple other social media management platforms before I ended up on SocialPilot and it has exactly what I need for the work I do. If I don't have Instagram access through Meta Business Suite, I can't connect even if I have the login and password. This is frustrating for me because some of my clients are not familiar with the business suite and I have to do a bunch of training even for event-based instagram accounts that are only really active a couple times a year. I like how easy it is to use and how easy it was to get used to. I appreciate the quick responses from their customer service team when there is an issue. I use this multiple times a week across various social platforms and I will say I see the best results with scheduling on LinkedIn; some issues with notitfications for Instagram Story post reminders. The only issue I have had is with notifications to remind me to post on Instagram stories. I had several issues not getting them at all but customer service worked with me to get it fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love being able to post to all of our platforms from one place. The setup was easy and the workspace is very user-friendly and I love being able to change the content from each platform if needed. I'm able to put my most-used hashtags in the library and appreciate that it can now generate hashtags or even content if I need it with AI! I've also made suggestions and have heard feedback from Customer Support. I also use the analytics to track engagement which is super helpful. The solution is very inexpensive compare to other tools.
The tool is also alble to manage a wide range of platform.
It's updated very regurlarly and new features are added.
Last but not least, the editor is very robust : you can start a post for multiple destination (linkedin, facebook and twitter) and, right from the editor, ajust content for each platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Social media account are organized by brand, and you can only add 1 of each platform (ex: instagram) for each brand.
Team collaboration is basic compare to other (more expensives) solution.

Lightweight feel that is easy to use. Members of the wider marketing team (non-specialist) have picked up the scheduling and posting features without any issues.

Reporting is not as good as Hootsuite and dragging an image onto a post that has a URL entered already will upload it as a thumbnail to the website address rather than the full image.

SocialPilot is a useful tool for combing a large number of accounts and posting all at once. They seem to continually be improving and adding new features. For the price it is a useful software for our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In regards to continually improving, their are core features that should be perfected before new features are added. For example, when adding new GMB accounts one should not have to refresh/load more accounts for 5-10 minutes before accounts can be added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our team has been using Social Pilot for over a year, having switched from Hootsuite when they increased their prices.
The dashboard is easy to use, intuitive and when we joined them the on-boarding Teams meeting was really helpful.
We have had issues connecting some Meta accounts, but that was a Meta issue and the Social Pilot team helped us to push through the issue and implement changes quickly.
The dashboard is really good to look at (we are creatives, not techy) and this is important to us!

There are so many platforms to choose from! But we are happy with our choice.
