Ease of use and versatility. Also the number of social media platforms available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pricing plans and lack of versatility in users, plans, etc. etc. And customer support is the worst. Takes quite some time to get back via email. How about offer chat?!? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like best that I can schedule out posts far in advance. This saves me time and allows me to prep months in the future. Social pilot has been a great asset to my marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike most about Social Pilot is the link function - I have to delete the link off of Facebook and LinkedIn posts since it grabs it but have to leave the link on Twitter posts. Not sure if this is something social pilot can change or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to setup & add our entire team to get started quickly! Easy process to create & review social posts amongst the team. Easy to send for review, chat about changes & post on multiple channels at once. customer support is also very responsive! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's a few features we saw advertised that are no longer available when we asked customer service about them. One being the ability to boost a post on FB. I wish they would update old blog posts about these features to show they're no longer available. It is also limiting in what the "content scheduler" can do vs the admin. We would prefer that features be accessible individually and turned off/on per user instead of complete roles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When we were looking for a social media management tool I wanted something reasonably priced that had all of the platforms we use and was easy to use for my staff. We really love the calendar display being offered in both day, week, and month views. Implementation was super easy and the integration was a breeze. We use it every day in our roles for the agency and the customer support has been top-notch. We honestly are so happy with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only complaint we have about the tool would be the analytics function. It doesn't always match the source and we find the results skewed. We also often can't get all of the data we are looking for through the tool and have to go to the source anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a cheap option for scheduling posts and sending them for client approval. It has also been very easy to connect accounts. When we've had problems, customer support has been very responsive where they can help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The phone app leaves a lot to be desired and it's not as visually appealing as some alternates (eg. the calendar view doesn't colour code clients or anything like that). You also can't make or select custom covers for TikTok which renders that pretty much useless. There's no hashtag research option once you're scheduling either and not a lot of decent social listening options. They also use dodgy review companies who lure you in with promised gift cards and rewards that don't even deliver on them. Take the reviews all with a grain of salt. It is a great means of reliably scheduling content. It guarantees that I do not need to constantly monitor my socials Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user-interface feels a little dated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The helpful thing about Social Pilot is that I can send comments when reviewing social media posts. I like the simplicity Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A downside of SocialPilot is the way the platofrom is laid out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's simplicty from the clients perspective is certainly what we enjoy most. Our clients love the ease of approving posts and leaving change notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside is that some functionality is limited in terms of what you get from the more expensive platforms. But for the price point, it gives us everything we expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SocialPilot is easy to use and saves us time when scheduling our social media posts in different platforms. I love their calendar which is great to reference visually, especially when dragging and dropping posts to other days. They also had features I didn't know I needed, like creating groups to segment multiple accounts for future use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish their UTM Parameter's source was a bit more customizable. They do have a 'dynamic' version you can choose so it'll automatically change the link, but the way we word each platform in our org's UTM is different from SocialPilot's. While they do offer a 'custom' feature for this field, it will end up showing the same source in the link across all social media platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I exclusively use the Calendar feature to schedule posts, I love how easy it is. The Bitly link shortening integration is awesome, and I love that I can make edits to the Instagram version of my post all in one place and schedule across all my socials with one click. I was using Constant Contact to schedule posts previoulsy and having to copy/paste my post multiple times to post to each platform/page was so tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the Bulk Scheduler wasn't just for text posts but also for posts with images. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
