What do you like best about SocialPilot?

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

I looked for a while to find the perfect tool for my social media marketing agency. Everything was too expensive, didn't have exactly the tools I needed, or just didn't work right. SocialPilot has been the best tool I've found! It has everything I could need! Scheduling, analytics, ease of use, affordable, and more! What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

I have used other social media scheduling platforms and I find SocialPilot the most intuitive and glitch-free program I have used. The scheduling is extremely simple and I like that I can see how my posts will look when posted. I use the platform once weekly to schedule weeks and months ahead and I come back and check basic but impactful analytics often. Adding multiple social netwoks across the various work divisions that I am in charge of, was very simple. I have not encountered any issues in integration or use, but I have received several emails from SocialPilot assuring me that I have access to help if I do have any issues. One of my most used features of the SocialPilot platform is the content library. I love that I can store evergreen posts and schedule them anytime and quickly. What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

I tend to be critical when weighing the pros and cons of online platforms, but thus far, I have found no cons to SocialPilot. I'm very satisfied with the product and any issues I might have had come from my own nagivation of the platform as a relatively new customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

My biggest problem that I face as a Marketing Coordinator is finding the time to post to social media daily across several platforms. This becomes cumbersome and when my work volume is heavier, forgetting to post to social becomes an issue. I love that I can schedule out weeks and months in advanced when my workload is lighter and that I now have the freedom to create and strategize social posting and implement scheduling those campaigns at one time. What do you like best about SocialPilot?

SocialPilot is a user friendly programme, perfect for all users. It's perfect for scheduling our posts in advance, and provides all the channels we use in the job. As we are a bilungial university, we have to ensure that all our social media posts are translated to Welsh as well as English. This allows us to schedule what we want to post, ensuring we havw time to turn arund our trabslation, in advance. Social Pilot saves us time by scheduling the posts, as we can post these onto our channels outside of our working hours. Your feedback on LinkedIn integration is invaluable. Currently, while our tool supports tagging LinkedIn company pages, the direct tagging of individuals in posts is limited due to a constraint imposed by the LinkedIn API. It's essential to note that this isn't a limitation or gap on our end or a unique circumstance—none of our competitors offer this ability either, given that LinkedIn does not provide API support for it.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

SocialPilot is extraordinarily easy to get up and running in, and I can quickly onboard new team members to the platform just as easily. The customer service is excellent, and I can pick and choose which features are right for my clients. There aren't many downsides, in my opinion. I think my biggest hurdle is keeping costs low while offering great service to my clients, and the next price jump is prohibitively expensive for my business right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

One of my favorite things about SocialPilot is how easy it is to track metrics, and that all of them are the same. Data analysis is so easy with SocialPilot! I use SocialPilot to schedule social media posts every day, usually 2-3 times a day. There was little to no learning curve, and I haven't had to reach out to anyone for assistance! What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

I wish that there was a calendar view when choosing a date and time to schedule, maybe one that indicates which days you already have posts scheduled. I post 3 times a day, so it would be nice to see which dates and times I have already scheduled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

I have been very pleased with Social pilot and have been using it for more than a year to schedule all of my social media posts. I am able to input all of my content one time and schedule it for all of MY relevant channels with only a few adjustments for various channels. I am able to sit down in one session and schedule all of my posts for the upcoming month.. I could do the whole year if I so chose. The platform provides great information about my posts so that I can tailor them for each channel, and option to help optimaze each post. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

I must say that I am a bit frustrated with some of the restrictions on media content (i.e. size, proportions, length, frame rate, etc.) because I can post the exact same media that SP resticts if I go and do it manually on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
