What do you like best about SocialPilot?

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

SocialPilot has been the best marketing tool for the small business I work at. There haven't been any errors when posting on any social media platforms, unlike other marketing tools which are unable to effectively post to Instagram. The company is also competitive and offers a lower price for entry and more analytics than other companies. Additionally, I enjoy being able to correct photos to the right sizing with their crop tool. I would be overjoyed to see them integrate Canva or some type of photo editing software so I can edit my photos here and then send them out. Overall a solid 8/10. What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

I've noticed small errors in the marketing tool that ultimately prevent me from giving this marketing tool a ten out of ten. The first is the dates of content posted being inaccurate and always a day behind the actual post date. There is also the problem of not being able to see the difference between a sponsored post and an organic post on the analytic page; it only shows organic. It also may be because of the plan I'm on but there isn't any analytics available for TikTok or Youtube. I'm not worried about these problems and I wouldn't warn anybody against using this tool because, in the grand scheme of things, it's not that critical and this tool is incredible. Regarding the timing error you mentioned, I'd love to learn more about this issue as it's not something we commonly encounter, especially since you can set the timezone directly in the app. Additionally, I want to clarify that certain features like TikTok analytics are restricted by the platform's API, but we're continuously working to enhance our offerings. In fact, we'll be launching YouTube analytics soon, so stay tuned for updates in that area!

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

Scheduling posts across multiple platforms not just a month ahead but several months in advance. Even the ability to reschedule and reword previous posts.

I also love the idea that I can use it on the fly from the phone app. Much easier than opening each social media platfor when I have a quick post to share. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

I still have to keep a separate calendar of ideas and recurring special days. Also if I want to reschedule the date of a specific campaign, I need to click on each individual platform post - you can't reschedule as bulk.

Social Pilot also doesn't have a social feed. So if you still need to log into the separate social accounts to share and like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

I love being able to schedule multiple posts for multiple accounts and batch content. The analytics are good too. We can have way more accounts vs. some of the other sites out there. I also love that I can set groups and select multiple accounts with one click. There is an option to export reports with your company logo on them to look very professional. Another feature that I absolutely love is the hashtag counter. SocialPilot is the only program I've seen that includes this and it's a game changer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

I'm not sure if it's just SocialPilot or if I'm asking too much. It would be awesome to be able to have an overview dashboard where I can see the analytics/Insights for all of my accounts at once, instead of having to go into each account. It's a little time-consuming doing KPI reports and needing to go into each account individually. It would also be beneficial to be able to export this data into reports, so we can show an entire company how their social media is performing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SocialPilot:

SocialPilot is one of the least expensive platforms, while having the most features. We love it so much that we did the annual subscription to save even more money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have a client that has 12 total accounts via different platforms. But they are the same account for various regions; the information can be the same. SocialPilot allows us to batch the content and essentially post it once and have it push to multiple accounts at once. What do you like best about SocialPilot?

It gets you all platforms under one roof and so you can manage all your marketing and communications from the same tool. No need to post from multiple channels. I like its content discovery and curation feature as it helps me with new ideas for my social media posts. Also, their pricing is quite affordable for freelancers and SMBs. What do you like best about SocialPilot?

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

I like that Social Pilot stores all of your pages in one easy to find place. I had a team that was working on a ton of different clients but we all had access and could see the posts scheduled to go out. The teamwork was easy and it helped with scheduling from all our pages. What do you like best about SocialPilot?

SocialPilot is by far the most consistent and affordable tool we've used in managing our clients social media. It is efficient and effective in creating, posting/scheduling our socail media content. The integrations for short linking, custom fields, bulk uploading, and a few more make our lives a lot easier and far less repetitive. Customer support has been fast and attentive whenever needed, which has been rare in the 3-4 years we've been using social pilot.
