It’s a surprisingly solid tool for a very good price. The numbers of accounts and profiles that you can have already on the smallest paid plan is quite generous and the reason why I choose Socialpilot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is only one queue per account and the times you can set for pre-planned posts are all round numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI/UX for SP is relatively pleasant and the price point is competitive. While it *seems* like they may not be US based, they're fairly receptive to questions and requests for help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As it is, the platform is pretty barebones, and you'll run into the occasional bug when scheduling. Additionally there's something to be desired when it comes to being notified that an account needs to be resynced.
Honestly, overall, I'd only recommend the app for people on a strict budget... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to schedule multiple different social media accounts for a month or more. The organization of the website is also easy to navigate and understand and makes it a joy to work on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not really much at all, I think maybe some more of a modern UI but that is being nitpicky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease of use with this software is great and I'm able to use our top platforms to create posts, stories, and reels. It's easy for me to keep client profiles separate too. I also appreciate that the software is constantly being tweaked and things are being added, we can also request new features! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I just wish I could have more profiles set up without having to upgrade :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is by far, the most intuitive and easy-to-use Social media management program. I love the tools, I love the scheduling aspect. I have used several competitive programs ... Social Pilot leaves them in the dust! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love to see an integration for Facebook posts where you can have a click-to-call or Click to contact button. If I post directly on FB I can make this happen. If your going to add a feature soon let's have some Bad Ass Calls to Action! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Maybe the calendar, it helps me see when and what kind of post will go out. And maybe the post preview as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The whole UI. It looks as if it came from 10 years ago. It's just not user-friendly enough. Eg. I would love to bulk upload pictures, then make a generic post and drag and drop where and when I want to use it. This whole post-creation method is just a nightmare. I would love to see a better calendar (which is not by month but I can scroll it continuously). Post menu has a lot of unnecessary options - like there should be only posts option where I can select what kind of view I want to use (or you can select which one you prefer, calendar or the other) - and from there you can create a post etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Using bulk scheduling is a breeze as we manage multiple social accounts across several channels. Additionally, having client-level access allows them to see posts before delivery. If needed, there is a mechanism to force an approval process before publishing. That is beneficial when others are creating posts that must be reviewed.
The analytics function is a nice feature for a quick snapshot of performance and saves having to go to individual platforms to review.
Overall, just a well though out and functional solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside is that there can be a learning curve for all the various functions of the solution. This is not any different from other platforms but is something to be aware of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's one of the cheaper options for managing social media. I've used Buffer, Hootsuite, Edgar, and more. The jump in price for those is pretty ridiculous. This has most of the features of those and still manages to keep pricing affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I came from using Buffer and Hootsuite, and the scheduling calendar is a bit more intuitive there. For example, with Buffer you can drag and drop posts into a different day/time and it won't mess up the rest of your schedule. I've tried to do that a few times on Social Pilot and it screwed up my other posts. It's not a deal breaker though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The scheduling and publishing feature with socialpilot is so seamless! It makes it very easy to schedule content and manage my social presence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing! This platform really does it all. Only thing that I wish it could do is auto publish insta stories and tag people, but that's it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
