Over the years I have used quite a few of the social media management packages.I always found something that jarred with each one.... until I trialled Social Pilot. Not sure how many years I have been using this now, but I love it and it forms a big part of my engagement strategy. Best thing about it is that it's so easy to tailor messages to each channel and to tag relevant businesses in to the posts on Facebook and Twitter. Analytics are good, calendar view is great, support is excellent. Fabulous. Thanks team at Social Pilot. Makes my life easier working on different client accounts. The more I use it the less I find that bothers me. It is updated with useful features and I think they listen to feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The pricing seems more fair compared to other platforms since it strips out some of the features I otherwise don't need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My accounts seem to randomly get disconnected every several weeks or so, which leads to posts not being published. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Simple and straightforward to use and connects me to all my social platforms at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a busy professional, I need a social media management tool that is easy to use and makes my life easier. That's why I love SocialPilot. The UX is excellent, and creating posts is a breeze. The design is smooth, and the workflow is intuitive. And the best part is the price is perfect for my needs. It has all the social media integrations I need, plus some that I'm interested in but haven't gotten around to using yet. Overall, SocialPilot is a great tool I highly recommend to anyone looking for a social media management solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As anyone who has tried to post to Instagram knows, it can be a bit of a process. First, you must take or upload a photo, then edit it to perfection. Once you're happy with the photo, you must choose between posting it to your feed, your story, or your reel. And if you want to post it to multiple places, you must do the whole process again. Social Pilot has recently updated its capabilities to allow users to post directly to reels and stories. While there may still be some issues with posting to Instagram, they are quickly resolved. I love the ease with which I can post to all my channels. I specifically sought out a scheduling app that I could use to post to my FB group. Not all do this, which I think is one thing that sets Social Pilot apart from the others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm pretty happy with everything. It's occasionally glitchy in that sometimes I'm setting up a post & I'm halfway through & it makes me restart. It's not terrible, just annoying. Sometimes accounts will disconnect & my post won't go through, but I'm not sure if that's something the app controls or not. It's easy to reconnect them I always get a notification when it happens. I have been using SocialPilot for a few years now to help schedule both our own internal social media content and for our clients too. The software is simple to set up, use and monitor outputs. In the past, we have used various software tools, but we have found SocialPilot to be the best for our team's use. With the ability to group together clients social accounts, and provide different team members access, this has really helped control the quality of our content management. Not much to dislike, it does what it says on the tin and does it well. Maybe the only annoying thing on a very odd occasion is the disconnection of a social account, but this is easily fixed with a few clicks, and maybe a social platform issue and not SocialPilot. Being able to post to multiple platforms and schedule posts in advance. It's saved us so much time and effort, and is excellent value. The interface is really simple and our users picked it up in no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The direct publishing / mobile reminder options on Instagram posts can be a bit of a pain, and often end up returning errors. It's not a huge problem, and I think this is probably because Insta is designed for mobile platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For the most part, SocialPilot can easily and effectively publish social media posts for all of our accounts and platforms (which is something that past social media schedulers were not able to accomplish for us). The user experience is straightforward and easy-to-use, and editing for each platform is super simple. In general, SocialPilot is an easy to use and effective social media scheduler that I would 10/10 recommend, if it's able to fix up a few minor issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are minor things that make using SocialPilot difficult. Often times, we're prevented from scheduling a post due to image proportions and size, which means we need to use an online image compressor to compress the image several times before we are able to schedule. There should be a way for SocialPilot to process larger image sizes, or at least provide an internal compression and resizing tool to make the job easier. There are also issues with scheduling videos with a greater than 1:00 length to Instagram, although we are able to upload larger videos manually (without using SocialPilot, but this defeats the purpose of prior scheduling). Removing the ability to select mobile reminder is also a tad difficult and it would be great if the feature can be added back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very flexible for posting unique content to each platform/account or duplicate content to several platforms/accounts. Love the previews and the opportunity to add a first comment on platforms like Instagram. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In the calendar view of posts I don't see a way to adjust the grid size to see more than three posts per day, without clicking the +xx more link. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its easy to use and see the social calendar. I am also looking forward to the messaging option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The cost. It always better if things could cost less. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
