Social Pilot has been the perfect social scheduler for our digital marketing agency. I like being able to group social profiles by the client, upload different images and text for each social platform, and set up client approvals. Sometimes accounts disconnect, causing scheduled posts to fail. It is easy to reconnect the account and reschedule the post. Plus: You don't have to re-create the post as they save it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is really hard to come up with a dislike! I will say that I get error messages from time to time when a post I scheduled does not go up for various reasons, which can be frustrating, but I've also experienced this with other social posting programs I've used, so I don't think it's necessarily a cut on Social Pilot. There is no ability to create a task and place it on the calendar. We would like to plan out future social posts and emails on the calendar, instead of having to use two different calendars for social media and all other non-social media content or to-be-created posts.
