What do you like best about SocialPilot?

My agency has used SocialPilot for social media management for multiple clients with several social platforms for the last three years. Each year, we evaluate competing products to ensure that we are using the best tool available—we always are! What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

A more robust reporting function would be great. We love the new bitly integration, which makes it easier for us to track UTM links, but it would be great to build all of that natively in the platform and/or have automated workflows that create those UTM links for us for all campaigns and other variables. What problems is SocialPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

We love the ability to schedule ahead of time across multiple accounts. We have maintain several accounts for different locations and Social Pilot makes this easy to do! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

Occasionally accounts disconnect or fail to post and we have to re-link them. The UI is a little simple a calendar overview would be great and if it has one I haven't seen it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No drafting feature on the calendar view! There is no way to plan or preview a month without having all the content ready. There is not note or reminder feature that you can add to the calendar without fully submitting a scheduled post. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

I had been using a social media scheduling app that didn't have Instagram and it was such a pain. Switching to Social Pilot has been great! Every single platform I want to share on is in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

I truly like how easy it is to navigate. As a visual learner, I need to see data in front of me and how my social media calendar looks like. Social Pilot calendar view is just so satisfying to use and easy to make changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing I dislike about this program is the mobile app, it does not let you to post scheduled reels directly from the website. Instead it sends you a reminder for you to post them mannually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
