It diconnects accounts easily

My agency has used SocialPilot for social media management for multiple clients with several social platforms for the last three years. Each year, we evaluate competing products to ensure that we are using the best tool available—we always are! My favorite part of SocialPilot is that their development team listens to customers and adds new features we want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A more robust reporting function would be great. We love the new bitly integration, which makes it easier for us to track UTM links, but it would be great to build all of that natively in the platform and/or have automated workflows that create those UTM links for us for all campaigns and other variables. Creating groups with the brands in, and the number of accounts that can be added.

We love the ability to schedule ahead of time across multiple accounts. We have maintain several accounts for different locations and Social Pilot makes this easy to do! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
