It's easy to use, with a clean interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Social profiles regularly disconnect, and their features are slightly limited compared to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Great for cross posting has made my life so much easier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Confusing sometimes and unable to tag people in groups or on Instagram or it is not clear how to. Instagram does not that'd links so have to adjust those posts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In one word: affordable! The SocialPilot interface is easy to use and feature rich, it has all the necessary tools built in to execute an effective social media content strategy, including image croppping, saved hashtags, ability to organize social media accounts in groups, a saved media library, and much more. They are also adding features on a routine basis. Highly recommend... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The mobile app could be more full featured, especially when it comes to image manipulation, but you can still get around this by using SocialPilot in a mobile web browser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that I can schedule posts for multiple platforms and accounts ahead of time. I also like that I can integrate with Canva to upload graphics and photos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the integration with Canva can lag a bit and doesn't allow me to upload a design I've just created right away. Also, if a photo is not the correct size for a particular platform, it won't tell you until you've actually attempted to schedule the post and it doesn't say what dimensions it will accept, you just have to keep trying to resize and guess and check...It can be a bit frustrating. I love the ease of scheduling posts across multiple social media channels and the analytics! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are many glitches such as accounts getting disconnected. Also there aren't any analytics for my FB groups Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There isn't a lot of bells and whistles. This platform is exactly what you need to push out content to many social platforms. You can group businesses and clients together easy. Perfect for even hobbyist, to diyers, for etsy sellers and even agencies that want to just schedule and their social media calendars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I honestly don't dislike anything. This platform is pretty straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My favorite aspect is the calendar-style viewing option that allows me to see all scheduled social posts and move them around with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Social media accounts periodically need to be reconnected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful components of SocialPilot are the ability to schedule posts in advance to multiple platforms at once, the new approval process, and the ability to adjust images per each social platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1) The interface is slightly outdated. 2) When an image doesn't fit Instagram's stringent dimension requirements, you basically have to start over, and the posting date and time you scheduled are erased. This causes you to have to set the date and time multiple times until the image dimensions are finally accepted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
